Caro, linda vista, pero no cumple

La vista es hermosa, despertar con esa vista es realmente precioso, tiene calefacción

Al ser un departamento debe contar con cosas básicas como por ejemplo café, sal, azúcar, pero no cuenta con esas cosas básicas.. yo llegue en avión y comprar todas esas cosas es traerse bulto de vuelta. La cama de dos plaza estaba duro el colchón , los cobertores demasiados delgados, para el precio es muy poco lo que se ofrece

hermoso y cómodo palafito para pasar unos días u salir de excursión

la ubicación con vista al mar es una delicia. En la mañana ver cisnes de cuello negro junto a las embarcaciones, fue hermoso. lugar tranquilo muy apropiado para disfrutar en pareja

solo detalles. poca iluminación en el dormitorio

Lindo lugar pero muy descuidada la atención.

Las instalaciones estaban muy bien y una vista muy linda

Si bien tiene una vista muy linda no está tan cerca del centro caminando. La última noche no hubo calefacción, estaba bastante frío y nunca nos respondieron. En general la comunicación con el alojamiento fue casi nula, escribimos antes de ir y durante nuestra estadía, pero nunca respondieron. Creo que fue mas caro de lo que realmente vale, cómo era fin de largo aprovecharon de subir el precio.

ME ROBARON DINERO CON LA TARJETA DE CRÉDITO!!

La vista típica de palafitos

La anfitriona nos dejó 8 horas en la calle con tormenta bajo la lluvia. Lo primero que hicieron fue cobrarnos, pedimos dejar las maletas hasta hora de check in. Luego de eso nunca más tuvimos novedad, cerraron el alojamiento y no contestaron teléfono ni WhatsApp, tampoco mensajería de Booking. Un Sr canadiense estuvo en la misma situación con nosotros y lo ayudamos porque ni siquiera entendía castellano y quedó en la calle también. Cuando logramos contactar por un vecino que llamó al dueño, aparecieron a las 18.00 hs... había corte de luz general, pedí velas o un farol pero no me trajeron nada, no teníamos calefacción ni cocina, ni agua caliente porque todo es eléctrico... o sea en la oscuridad total, la luz de emergencia no funcionaba. Al día siguiente me reintegraron el 50% de lo que había pagado y cuando me fui VI QUE ME HABIAN CARGADO TODO EN LA TARJETA DE CRÉDITO... O SEA ME COBRARON DOBLE!! Cuando le reclamé a la Sra Jaqueline se hizo la confundida y después nunca más me respondió. Ahora estoy en comunicación con Booking pero AUN NO RECUPERÉ MI DINERO, LA EXPERIENCIA FUE PÉSIMA Y NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA, NI EL PALAFITO VERDE NI EL AZUL, AMBOS SON DEL MISMO DUEÑO Y ES PÉSIMO TRATO DESINTERESADO E INFORMAL, IMPROVISADO Y ESTAFADORES!!

Very good stay, fair price and great location.

Location was great, close to market and the downtown. The views were amazing, just in front (on top) of the sea. Private parking spot was very convenient. Umbrellas available at the reception are a very good idea.

The illumination inside the room was poor. I stayed in winter, when days are short; the lights were not good enough. The heating system was not easy to control: too hot or too cold the first night. Also the shower temperature was difficult to control...

Exceptional

Very nice apartment right at the waterfont. It had everything we needed and we enjoyed the view very much.

A few more basic kitchen untensils like salt, oil or paper kitchen towel would have been great.

A very nice hotel if you can check in.

The facilities were really nice.

We arrived and there was nobody at the reception desk. We called the numbers that were left at the door. They did not answer my calls and finally they said "no vacancy". This was around the dinner time. I switched to Whatsapp and messaged the numbers again. After I insisted that I had a reservation confirmation, they mentioned that there is a room and the key can be found in a lock box. We wasted so much time just to wait to get a room.

I could live here forever!

The apartment is great. The view from the living room is just amazing. Roomy and cozy Rember to be awake to watch the sunrise and, if the weather allows it, enjoy the deck. 10/10

Superb

It's on a palafito and the view it's great. It's quite comfortable.

We booked a parking through Booking and the person at reception said she was not aware and that there was nothing she could do about it. We saw the next day that it was a wooden plate with room number they put to reserve the space, so I never understood why it was so complicated to reserve a parking space for us. In the end we never got to have our parking space so we had to look and pay for parking in the center, going up and down every day.

Beautiful views from a gorgeous property with a private seaside deck!

A large, clean, gorgeous property! Super comfortable bed, a large kitchenette, and a private deck, on stilts, jutting right out into the bay, with million-dollar views! An amazing place to stay.

dream stay in Chiloe Island

the location. the view of Castro inlet. the spaciousness of the apartments. house on stilts leaning ove the water. the kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable and the staff very helpful.

no comfortable chair to sit in. there are either beds or straight wooden chairs. it would be nice to have an easy chair to relax and read.

BEWARE! Read the reviews. NOT recommended!!

Good location, good size apartment, and plenty of electrical outlets. Free parking onsite.

What a fiasco! We regret not reading the reviews before booking this place. As several others have experienced, the staff was not present at check in, despite confirming our arrival and check in time. We arrived at 5pm, exactly as we said we would. However, no one was at the reception, and it took many phone calls to get a response from the staff. When we finally succeeded in reaching them, we discovered that they switched our room with another guest. We were able to take the other guests’ room for the night, but we needed to spend a lot of time the next morning making the swap, because they were so disorganized. Moreover, we couldn’t move into the correct room for several hours because the room needed to be cleaned first. Reading the previous reviews, we see this is an ongoing problem, and it is incomprehensible to us that the staff has not met basic expectations for checking guests in to the accommodations. I travel extensively, and I am very flexible and open-minded. But these check-in problems are simply unacceptable. Beware!

Lovely and well positioned Palafito where you can experience the heart of Castro nearby.

Beautiful place with great heating, very much enjoyable for the entire family. The view from the terrazas was amazing and so picturesque.

The microwave was a bit strange to figure out, very small detail.

Very good

The apartment was clean and in good condition, fully equipped. The view from the terrace over the water is spectacular.

The last evening the heating didn't turn on and there was no hot water. We got in touch with the two women who seem to run the place and they told us we should have told them earlier in the day when they were at the property and they couldn't do anything about it now. Of course, we had been out during the day and didn't realise there was a problem until we got back in the evening. In the end I think all the guests complained and they did send someone out to fix it, but perhaps they could make it clearer who to get in touch with if there are problems when no one is at the place.

Thé kitchen( lacks a lot of things: no mug, no paper towel… the bathroom: a tiny sink with a very high and powerful faucet splashing all around. A weird open shower meaning you have to wipe the floor after your shower …

Highly recommended

Excellent place, magnificent view, very cosy inside. The heating was working perfectly and we could adjust it ourselves.

There is no sound proof so first night we woke up at 5 a.m. because of the dogs barking

Fabulous

The apartment was fantastic, beautiful view, very big and well equipped. Staff was nice and helpful, bed was very comfortable.

Staff didn’t have any info on tours or things to do at all. It’s expensive but well worth it.
