A bit out of the city center but worth the distance to detach a bit from the city noise.

5min walk to a Subway station (Jungnang Station) 5min walk to a Market 3min walk to two bus stops Near fastfood restaurants, cafes, traditional korean kitchen, convenience stores, and Chimek bars. The room space is awesome - big enough to walk around and stretch. The scent of the lobby is great and very comforting.

Perhaps a heated toilet seat and a bidet would make the toilet much better.

Value for money

Clean room, friendly staff, near to the subway line.

Bathroom has no lock. My son repeatedly open the door during my shower time.

Pleasant stay for family

Smells so good, spacious room, friendly and helpful staff, free bottle drinks as needed, feels like an exclusive boutique hotel

Location is a bit far from city center, however it is very close (walking distance) to Jungnang train station.

4인 가족 숙소로 적합합니다.

아이가 있는 4인 가족과 가기에 매우 적합합니다. 룸 컨디션도 좋고, 거실같은 넓은 공간도 있어 머무르기 딱 좋았네요~ 직원분도 친절했구요

서울 중심지 여행 계획이면, 도시철도로 40분을 가야해서 위치가 조금 아쉽습니다. 그렇지만 바로 앞에 역이 있어 접근성은 좋습니다.

망우동에서는 제일 좋은 숙소같아요 대실하는 모텔들만 그득하던데 라코지스테이가 무조건 최선입니당

화장실 슬리퍼가 있으면 좋을거같아요 전반적으로 쾌적했으나 수건에서 코 찌르는 냄새가 났어요

Très bien

Superbe appart hôtel, spacieux, propre, literie confortable rien à redire. L’hôtel était à 5min à pied du métro donc très pratique. Je le recommande fortement. Environ 40min pour aller dans le centre.

Good family accomodation in the suburbs

Great room with well equipped kitchen space, lovely clean and modern bathroom and comfortable beds. Perfect spot for a few days with family , thank you!

This property is quite a way from the centre of Seoul. It does have excellent metro and bus links that are easy to use on Kakaomap and we enjoyed using the public transport but it did mean a good 45 mins to an hour journey to the centre each time.

洗濯機が付いているので、毎晩洗濯出来て助かった。 Netflix も付いているので、色々楽しめました。

冷蔵庫が食器棚の中に入っていて、冷蔵庫を開ける時に食器棚と指が接触して軽めに擦り剝いてしまった。冷蔵庫の開封には注意が必要になる。

Nice stay in Korea

We like the room. Comfortable, nice, clean and modern design. It fit with all the amenities that we need.

Quite far from Seoul city, however train station and bus station is walking distance. So, it is easy to get around.

not suitable for families

- The staff tried to help with our every request. - it was generally quiet and calm.

- It was never suitable for a family with 2 children. - Cleaning was not enough. It was done every 4 days and superficially. - The door of the toilet could not be locked from the inside, the door was sliding and did not close completely. - Although the door was locked, it could be opened from the outside with a card. - You have to throw your garbage downstairs yourself - The furniture and cupboards in the room were very inadequate.

The hotel is pretty new, and there are many good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Also, not far from the train station.

The shower water is quite small, so it's not very satisfying when showering.

Enjoyed the middle class area, spouse would have preferred hotel closer to Seoul City Hall.

Family room spacious. TV channels excellent. Area good for non-tourist shopping. Many MD offices close by.

Smart, clean, comfortable and easy to find and check in.

Lovely large family suite with washing machine and kitchenette. But no basic consumables provided...washing powder would be nice, as would be salt/pepper/oil and a kitchen cloth/towel. Otherwise a fabulous room, comfy bed, spacious bathroom with separate shower. Reception staff very helpful.

Located very close to a subway station, and in a nice area with restaurants and shops. Be aware though that you are in the west of Seoul, subway journey to the centre is quite long.

More like a really clean apartment, not 4-star hotel.

It is a rather new property, furnishings were rather new and clean.

There were so many rules about staying in! Cannot use the washing machine after 10pm, room is cleaned only every 4 days (upon request), towels are to be exchanged at reception (no in-house housekeeping available), waste must be separated (and they don’t provide enough bags).. The furnishings are bare minimal, TV couldn’t work when we were there. Walls are quite thin, can hear next door. Early check-in is chargeable - We came at 12.45pm, but they still wanted to charge us for 3 hours (check-in is at 3pm)..? I suppose the staff we encountered on the first day was rather inflexible, but the rest of the staff we met were ok. Do note that it is about 40mins away from the main district area of Seoul. There are some direct buses to Seoul Station, but it takes about 45mins (an hour during peak) to reach. Overall, I highly doubt I’ll stay back there again. I do not think it is deserving of it’s “4-star” status on Google based on its service and hospitality, more like a “3-star” instead. It will be good for those who are okay with a DIY and minimalist attitude.

convenient and clean for long stay

+ so convenient and clean + all facilities are renovated and new + staff are so helpful

- the only point for improvement is the wireless connection. the router is located behind the tv and it can't cover the whole room.
