You get what you pay for

A lot of staff, helpful staff, breakfast delivery to your room, good location, fast service, AC.

Busy location, Street noise, fresh bedsheets and towels does not look clean, bed not comfortable.

Hotel staff is very Cooperative, location is good as well.

Plumbing system is worse, water pressure is very low in some rooms. AC in some rooms chill soon, u have to close the AC from the main switch.

a cultural experience

it is central and the staff are very nice and very helpful. it is clean.

it is not suited for western travellers in that there is no modern shower facility. it is very very basic and small. it is noisy during the evening/until very late. Across the road there is a Mosque- and prayer time is loud.

The room was clean and sfuff very helpful. Mr. Shabib did his best. Breakfast was okay and location is good.

Bigger room would be more nice, but it was okay for one night stay.

My stay at Hotel Kalpana palace was amazing. the manager Mr Shabib Sahab and Mr Aqueel sahab had been very nice and cooperative They considered our all requests and cooperated with us. All staff is also very nice.I am glad with their hospatility. Rooms are clean with mentioned facilities, the taste of the food is good and location is nearby to all main attractions of Mumbai and markets as well. I would like to choose it again if I have more visits in future.
