Pleasant but not great.

Lovely view of the beach from my balcony.

Room was difficult to access via several flights of stairs and no elevator. Had to carry suitcase. Key card didn’t work at first. Somewhat noisy from Rattle and Hum but settled down by 10pm. Air conditioner blocked access to half the wardrobe.

Location is great, not for light sleepers though.

The location is great on the beachfront and very near to shops and cafes The spa was great and pool area was good.

Noises from the rubbish and delivery trucks arriving for the shops next door very early in the morning. Also staff putting on leaf blowers and other equipment even before 8am. Mixed kitchen facilities- studio had no sink. No dishwasher.

Fabulous location, close to local bus stop for Cairns. Many cafes and restaurants very close. Small supermarket next door. Opposite beach and walking path along the coast.

Would be handy to have extra towels in room as high humidity and towels hard to dry every day.

Loved it, really a relaxing tropical experience 😍

Right on the Esplanade, the pool and spa was very clean and lovely, a bath in our room which I personally like, comfortable beds, BBQ’s, everything kept nicely, everything you could need for a 5 nite holiday @ exceptional value.

Needs a sink to wash dishes, not in the bathroom sink, yuk. Found some “personal hairs” in the shower/bath when we arrived which is never good. 🤢Not sure how these things get missed!

Bed was 2 singles together very uncomfortable , bathroom not cleaned properly old soap left in holder gross aircon unit to small for unit , garage door left open all day bad security

Truly a stay in Paradise with very good service and care for us guests.

Quiet and relaxing room with view over pool Spa a bonus and refreshing to use Everything is maintained and kept clean to a very high standard.. Location is perfect with beach front walk. Childrens play ground in front fully fenced.. Adjacent to many restaurants and useful shops

Floor tiles throughout looked old fashioned and a little dingy in appeal Though still in good condition and kept clean In my room 207 there is a build up of grime at bottom of walls probably from mop when floor is cleaned. Could be avoided if cleaning agent was sprayed and wiped after floor is mopped Noted only one deli next door, without adequate fresh fruits supply. Perhaps make a mixed fruit bowl offer if ordered from guest a day or two in advance could be added choice.

Ren och fräscht rum. Rymligt rum . Nära till stranden och flertalet restauranger. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal .

Excellent location, large variety of breakfast options and restaurants. Very friendly and approachable people. Great location, beach just across the road. Excellent bus service that runs every half hour. Hotel staff very helpful and eager to please.

Location, location, location

The location is excellent, right in the middle of Palm Cove. Very spacious room with good aircon and fan. Nice pool but a little chilly in June.

It was very noisy with cleaners every morning very early. We were right by the lifts so they were noisy from early too. The main problem was the pool area. The pool needed a vacuum and there is (what must be) a very large apartment in that area. There was a family with 7 children staying there and it made it very noisy and felt like the pool was theirs rather than communal. A sign said that children must be monitored at all times, but they definitely weren't. The spa was closed the day after we arrived, probably because all of the children were playing in there. Not really the hotel's fault but kind of spoiled our stay.

Perfect Palm Cove basics :)

Great value for money! Clean and nice facilities with all the basics you need, perfect location (right in front of the water, next to restaurants etc) and felt cared for by the friendly staff. Overall great experience

Small carpark that fills quick, had to park out the street however there's free parking if you find a spot :)

We loved being in the heart of Palm Cove. The property hasn’t been updated, but was very clean, with a comfortable bed.

This hotel is really amazing, across the street from the patrolled beach, right next door to restaurants, take away shops, cafes, supermarket, so the position is unbeatable. The facilities are great, the pool is amazing, there is a coin laundry as well which for us was so handy since we're travelling with a baby. The apartment was spacious and well organised. The staff was super friendly and extremely helpful!

A towel and some sheets were not clean but they changed them for us straight away.
