4 bedroom, 2 bath private beach house located 2 blocks from the ocean. This beach house has its own private pool overlooking the large back yard.

Two story vacation home features two fully equipped kitchens, separate eating and living areas, private entryways, two full bathrooms, pool with heating option, patio area and large fenced in yard for pets or kids to play.
Lounge by the beautiful pool while you enjoy your favorite beverage or pack a lunch and head down to the beach for an afternoon picnic.

- This property has a maximum parking allowance of four vehicles.
- Toiletries are not included. Please prepare to bring toilet paper/paper towels.
- Pets are welcome, however we do charge a $100 non-refundable fee* for the first pet and $50 for the second. Must sign and agree to pet rules agreement sent after booking. Rules listed below for quick review.
-Once your reservation is received, a Vacation Rental Agreement will be sent. This must be filled out in its entirety with a government issued photo ID emailed within 24 hours of making the reservation and before receiving an electronic access code to the property.
- We only rent to guest 25 and up.

Our neighborhood is safe and our property exclusive. For peace of mind we do have a Ring camera in the front of the house and suite, by the top entrance door, bottom entrance door and overlooking the back gate.

Maximum of 2 Pets are permitted in home only with prior approval and nonrefundable deposit. We are located in a dog friendly walkable neighborhood. In order to provide the best experience for our guests and their furry friends please agree to the following rules- fees applied if violated.
-Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse. Do not leave in the yard as this is a popular hangout.
· You are responsible to make sure all doors and gates are securely closed. Pets must be leashed at all times while outside the gate. The backyard is fully fenced in and dogs do not need to be leashed in this area.
-Do NOT allow pets to dig holes.
· Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time to avoid additional cleaning fees.
· All pets must be up to date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Including Heartworm preventative and free from fleas. Charges will apply if fleas are present. It is also recommended that you travel with your veterinarian’s documents in case you are asked for them when taking your pet to a public space.

We recently spent a week at the “blue dream” in Myrtle Beach. This was such a wonderful experience and as much as we could expect was offered with the home. We hated to leave .
Beginning from the initial inquiry about staying at the location. The host was so responsive to every question we ever had and this carried on throughout, our stay. We had our son and his wife, our daughter and her husband, their three children and our two Labradoodles. There was ample room for us all. The home was equipped with anything you would need. The two kitchens, one upstairs and down, offered early morning riser gatherings in the lower level kitchen, while others slept and provided a large table and gathering in the upper kitchen for lunch and evening meals. There was plenty of room upstairs for us all together and watch Harry Potter prior to retiring to bed.
The yard was absolutely wonderful for our pups. Large and fenced in there was plenty of room for them to play. There was also a great pool and outdoor furniture that we could enjoy when not at the beach. And the beach is so easy to access. About a block away. Easy to walk to. we were all very comfortable with the home. Enjoyed it thoroughly (even though tropical storm Debbie dropped in the last couple of days) and hope to go back again before too long. We would be pleased to stay at the “blue dream” again upon any visit to Myrtle Beach.

Another great year at the Blue Dream. We’ve been staying since 2021 and its perfect for our family. The pool is perfect for us to lounge in and enjoy the day, our German Shepherd loves the backyard to run and play in and the house is large enough for us all to have plenty of room to not be on top of one another. And Jody is amazing!!!!!

When we arrived, the property was completely ready for us and very clean! The house is very nice. The beds were very good. There were nice flat screen TVs in every bedroom and in the living area. There is a full kitchen which is very nice and very well equipped. There was a gate at the top of the stairs on the top floor which was easily opened and closed, a very nice touch if you have a pet or a small child. There were very nice touches in the decor throughout the house. The house is only two blocks from the beach, and there are numerous places to access the beach, so that was good.
The spacious backyard with pool is outstanding & our favorite part! The pool is beautiful and a good size. It was also very clean. The pool maintenance guys came by twice to keep the pool in tiptop shape during the week we were there! The backyard is completely fenced in which was great for our dog. He loved it and we did too! There is also a very nice deck on the top floor overlooking the backyard. The property and the owner, Jody, are very dog friendly.
Speaking of Jody, she was a pleasure to deal with. She anticipated and informed us ahead of time with almost all of the things we would need to know and the questions we would have. Whenever we did need to contact her, she was quick and thorough in her response. She is rated as a premier host, and she deserves every bit of that! She is really focused on providing an excellent experience for her guests, and that is what she did for us!

This property was perfect for our vacation. It was exactly as it said it was on the vrbo site. It was clean, well maintained, well stocked with nice pots, pans, skillets, crock pot, etc anything a person would use to cook a meal. The house also had a very nice private fenced in backyard that was perfect for our grandchildren and our dog. The pool and outdoor patio was very nice as well. The Blue Dream was perfect for our family vacation. We plan to book another stay at the Blue Dream. Absolutely perfect. Highly recommended.

The beach is only a half a block away (a 3 minute walk at most) out the back gate. The owner was easy to work with, very kind and quick to respond. We had a wonderful time the property is fantastic and great for families the two separate living areas and kitchens worked so well for us. We also loved the backyard it was amazing! Fantastic family beach getaway
This was our 1st family trip to North Myrtle Beach. We had a 5 year old, 2 year old, my husband and I, Grandma and Great Grandpa (who uses a walker) and the house was the perfect size and layout for us. We spent a ton of time in the pool and the close proximity to the beach (only a couple minutes walk with the wagon) was fanrastic. Jody was a very responsive host who went above and beyond. The house had lovely finishings and the outdoor area was perfect so the kids' great grandfather could do the 1 step down to have meals with us and walk his dog. If you want close proximity to restaurants, activities, and the beach this is the spot for you!

Easter at Blue Dream
Our family came together from all over the country to celebrate Easter. The house accommodated us beautifully! It was very clean and beautifully decorated to give you a "beachy" feel. The pool was wonderful and the backyard perfect for an Easter Egg Hunt. And the beach is only one block away! In addition, the property manager communicated with us regularly and was very helpful.

What a great vacation!!!this house did not disappoint. The house is immaculate and has everything you need. You are just 2 minutes from crescent beach. The pool might of been the best thing , we couldn’t keep the kids out of the pool. The house is also great if you have dog . My dog Bella loved the yard . You can also take them to the beach before 9 and after 5 .Jody was awesome, if any issues came up , she was on top of them very quickly. Overall one of the best family vacations ! A lot of great memories.

Awesome Vacation!
This was our first trip to North Myrtle Beach. We came across Blue Dream and booked it immediately. The home is beautiful! Very clean and the pictures don’t do it justice. We didn’t want to leave!. The beach was only a 5 min. walk and we absolutely loved the pool. We used it every day. Having a kitchen on each floor was a great bonus. Property was located close to many attractions yet was in a very quiet neighborhood. Jody was in constant contact and answered any questions we had promptly. Would definitely rent again next year and would highly recommend this property!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. The photos don't do it justice! There were also lots of amenities that went above and beyond our expectations. Our favorites: second kitchen, refrigerators with water and ice makers, outdoor speakers and Echo Dots inside, board games, Keurigs, washer and dryer, backyard gate to walk to the beach, and of course the large pool! We had a wonderful stay!
