Located right on Ocean Drive and just across the street from the ocean, you have a partial ocean view from both balconies of our 2 story villa. Take a peek at the ocean, watch strolling passersby or slip down to the beach and have your toes in the sand in seconds. There is a pool downstairs as well as a large oceanfront pool deck with hot tub and outdoor shower for your use. Take the family fishing, or relax by the pool for some much needed sun and swimming. The Cherry Grove Pier is just steps away.

CLOSE TO TONS OF SHOPPING, DINING AND ATTRACTIONS - dozens of options nearby for restaurants/bars (casual to fine dining), shopping, and entertainment options (from live concerts to mini golf) within just a few minutes drive. This condo is also close to outdoor activities such as para-sailing, surfing, and jet skiing. Cute boutique shops and favorite local restaurants are just a few blocks away. VILLA AMENITIES & OVERVIEW
With over 2200 heated square feet, there is plenty of space for everyone in the villa, and it has an open, inviting living area perfect for relaxing and mingling. There is a full dining table, as well as a 4-top dinette in the open kitchen/dining/living space. The living room has 2 large sofas as well as additional seating and the ever-important large flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils, dishes, and cookware and features stainless steel appliances.

BEDROOMS: There are 2 bedrooms downstairs and 4 bedrooms upstairs for a total of 1 king (upstairs) master & 1 queen (upstairs) master. The two downstairs bedrooms each have a queen bed and share the large hall bath. Upstairs, there are 2 master bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen) with private baths and shared ocean view balcony - and 2 standard bedrooms, each with 2 sets of bunk beds for total of 4 twin size beds, that share the upstairs hall bath. The utility room (full size washer & dryer, iron & board) is also upstairs.

Love, Love, Love the location! The condo was large enough for all of us. Our vacation crew enjoyed staying here for sure. 2 families with young adult children and a teen. Beds were comfy, loved having 2 masters! Everything was clean and all linens were provided. Owners were wonderful to deal with when I couldn't get the lock to work the first time! They even responded while they were on vacation. We would definitely stay here again!

This property is wonderful, less than a minute’s walk from the beach. Even though it is surrounded by other accommodations, it offers all the privacy and quiet needed for aa afternoon nap after a day on the beach. Shopping and restaurants are within minutes of the property. Plenty of room for a large group of family or friends. The hosts are extremely helpful and ready to assist with any questions you might have.

Down in North Myrtle for a soccer tournament. Didn't want to stay in a hotel so found this place, 10 minutes from the soccer complex. Price was right and suited our party of 10 perfectly as the parents all had their own rooms and kids enjoyed hanging together in the bunk room. Beds were comfortable and shower heads high (I'm 6"4) which is always nice. Only issue was the new touchpad lock. while it worked fine most of the time but could be a little finicky. If we have another tournament down in Myrtle will definitely look this place up again. Cheers.

Everything from booking, arrival, our stay and departure went smooth. Plenty of room for 10 of us. They supplied just about everything to get use started. The beds were comfortable, extra pillows and blankets. It just felt like home. We would definitely go back.

We really enjoyed our stay at this spacious home. It’s so close to the beach and we really enjoyed the area. Communication with the host was seamless and they made our stay as smooth as possible. My family was celebrating my mother’s birthday. She passed in 03/15/23. Before she passed, we were taking her to the beach for her birthday (3/24). She would turned 83 this year. Once she passed last year, we decided to still continue the beach trips. Our plan is to make this an annual trip. This was a wonderful location and our hosts were extremely nice! Thank you again for helping making our trip a success!

This is the 2nd year that we have used this property for our church's Women's Retreat. We love the layout of the condo and the close proximity to the beach. It works perfectly for our group because everyone has plenty of space for sleeping, eating, and we use the living room space for our sessions. We plan to use it again next year, if possible. The host was very helpful and answered all of my questions.

The condo was great, has everything we needed. It was clean, well stocked, plenty of room and in a great location. The communication with the owner was excellent. Kept us informed when he was notified the internet service went out and was back on. Helped us when we needed to find additional parking close by. Very responsive to emails and checked with us shortly after arrival to make sure everything was good. I will definitely rent from Mike and Kimberly again.

Our family came into town for a birthday celebration and gender reveal. This location was the perfect amount of space for our group, the property was cozy and gave a welcoming feel, it was easy to locate, parking was good…it was everything we hoped it would be! The hosts were extremely nice and accommodating and overall our weekend was great! We would definitely book again!

Great place for our family beach vacation. Great location and easy access to beach. The condo was large enough for 16 people and being on two floors gave privacy for sleeping kids. Nice having 4 bathrooms and never ran out of hot water. Kitchen was well equipped Can’t say enough good things about the owners. They were VERY responsive to issues and questions which we had. Took care of everything quickly and great communications.

Mike and Kim's duplex so perfectly fit our group! We were able to enjoy large family-style meals in their spacious kitchen, while also enjoying the privacy of their multiple rooms! We never ran out of hot water, and everybody was able to refresh quickly after a day at the beach!

We had a large group and found the condo was perfect for our size. The floors were still dirty when we arrived (our feet turned black after walking around) and the windows were dirty to the point to where we could barely see outside. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean and had all the basics for our stay. There was a point where I tried to reach out to the property manager for assistance but I couldn’t get a hold of them but the issue resolved itself shortly after. It was great having a lot of soft seating and space for everyone and the home felt homey. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would go back in a heartbeat!
