. El personal es superior amable, la alberca está muy agusto. Tiene muchas plantas.

El Internet en las habitaciones de arriba es muy malo. No llega la señal. La regadera de la habitación no tiene cancel de baño y toda el agua se sale. Las almohadas muy incómodas.

Casa Beu hat sich unseren Puerto-Escondio-Aufenhalt perfekt anfühlen lassen.

Zum Frühstück gab es eine grosse Portion lokaler und frischer Früchte. Brot, Joghurt und Granola gab es auch immer. Man konnte sogar frische, kühle Kokosnüsse kaufen. Es gab zu jeder Tageszeit kostenlos Eis und Wasser. Wir wollten manchmal gar nicht zum Strand, weil es am Pool so gemütlich und kühl (im Pool oder im Schatten) war. Am Pool gibt es auch ein WC, was super war!

Wir können uns über nichts beschweren.

Great little boutique hotel in a great area to stay with lovely people

- great location - very quiet, especially at night, yet only a 3-4 mins walk to the "center" of La Punta where all the restaurants / bars are - lovely staff, super nice and welcoming - great pool area and loungers - spotlessly clean & spacious rooms with a comfy bed - hot (!) water which is not always the case in MX

- as everywhere in Mexico there is construction next door, but it wasn't too noisy - the breakfast is very tasty, yet it does get a bit boring after one week since it is always the same (fruit, yoghurt, cereal, tosted bread with yam - although the selection of fruit changed every day :)) recommendations: - it would be nice to be able to hang a towel somewhere in the bathroom - don't allow smoking around the pool area as you can't escape the smell in that small space - maybe it was just my room, but the A/C didn't get cooler than 27 degrees (absolutely fine for me but maybe not for everyone) - less chlorine in the pool :)

Entspannung pur

Das Haus liegt relativ "weit" vom Flughafen ist aber mit einem kurzen Weg direkt am schönsten Strand von Puerto Escondido. An dieser Stelle sei zu erwähnen, dass man getrost den "collectivo" nehmen kann, da er einen direkt vor der Türe rauslässt und mit ca. 200 Pesos deutlich günstiger als ein Taxi (350 Pesos) ist. Es liegt eine Straße weiter von sehr vielen Restaurants, Cafés und ist somit wirklich perfekt gelegen. Man hat Ruhe und ist doch nah am Wasser und verschiedenen Aktivitäten. Das Personal im Hotel ist sehr entspannt und hat sich immer die Zeit genommen den ein oder anderen Tipp zu geben oder auch allgemein für alle Fragen. Der Pool ist etwas klein zum Schwimmen aber super für eine Abkühlung zu verwenden. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und war stets sauber. Sehr nett fanden wir auch, dass man sich jederzeit ein Wasser holen konnte.

Das Frühstück ist eine Bowl aus drei verschiedenen Früchten, deren Zusammensetzung täglich variiert. Dazu gibt es einen kleinen Jogurt, Marmelade, Honig und etwas Brot. Manchmal gab es auch Granola. Auch wenn es wirklich lecker war und vom Personal liebevoll serviert wurde - ein Frühstück ist das für mich nicht. Dazu hätten wir uns so etwas wie Eier, eventuell Quesadillas oder ähnliches gewünscht. Im Bad könnte man vielleicht ein paar Haken gegenüber der Dusche befestigen, damit man Handtücher/Badesachen zum Trocknen hinhängen kann. Das Internet ist in Puerto Escondido allgemein etwas schwach und davon ist dementsprechend auch das Hotel nicht verschont. Sollte man einfach im Kopf behalten, falls man Homeoffice oder ähnliches vor hat.

Me hubiera gustado tener la playa saliendo del hotel, pero eso es distinto.

Un hermoso hotel en punta Zicatela

El Hotel es precioso, la alberca es súper a gusto, el servicio es excelente. Está a tres calles de la playa y a solo una calle de una avenida principal llena de bares, restaurantes, cafés, etc...

Buen lugar

Las piezas eran muy cómodas y lindas, bien ambientadas. La piscina y áreas comunes muy lindas y bien pensadas Y el staff muy amable siempre muy dispuestos. Muy cerca de todo bien ubicado

No había caja fuerte en las habitaciones. Estaban construyendo en el segundo piso Justo arriba de mi habitación y fue muy molesto el ruido, de haber sabido quizás no habría agendado. El desayuno podría incluir más opciones

Small and cozy boutique hotel. Loved the swimming pool🏊‍♀️

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The interior of the hotel is tasteful and uncluttered. Rooms are spacious, with not a lot of furniture (a bed and two cupboards). I absolutely enjoyed the swimming pool and the comfy sunbeds by the swimming pool.

The shower was very uncomfortable. The shower head is placed in a very awkward position and is fixed and cannot be adjusted, so the water runs almost horizontally instead of downwards. The shower head itself was also significantly clogged.

Beautiful little hotel. The entire property was beautifully decorated. The pool area was well maintained and very refreshing for hot days. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, plus there was an additional fan. Breakfast was simple but great - it included coffee, fruit (with honey, yogurt and granola) and toast (with butter and jam). The staff was really friendly and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located in La Punta, although it is surrounded by hills so a scooter or ATV is recommended.

I don't think the property has hot water - we didn't ask, so maybe we just weren't doing it right. But I think this is a common thing in the La Punta area (our other hotel didn't have hot water either).

Beautiful small hotel in La Punta

The design and location are great. The included breakfast was fresh and filling

All the rooms are around the pool and it feels quite noisy when busy. There is also a lot of construction going on around the hotel which makes it a bit messy and noisy. I had picked the hotel to work and take calls but it's not possible to do outside of the room for noise reasons.

would 100% return. no better place in La punta (we looked at loads)

the family that run this festival are the kindest people in puerto. We were made to feel super welcome and they all went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Gorgeous & quiet stay in the heart of the action!

The breakfast at this place was incredible, the wifi was pretty reliant (for all of those Christmas calls back home!) and the location was so ideal! A lush little walk to the main area of la Punta, which in my opinion was paradise but far enough away to get a good quiet nights sleep. Highly recommend Casa Beu

For the first two days it was just house keeping that woke us up early as the apartment was located right next to housekeepings area, which we didn't mind too much however after Christmas, the last 2 days there was lots of building works going on and they even started before 7am on both days. I know this isn't the hotels fault, but it was something that let our stay down as we couldn't get a lie in on our holiday!

great place to stay in puerto escondido

Great place that I would definitely recommend! it’s a cute boutique hotel that is run by a family just far enough from the party noise but also in 5 walking min of all the restaurants and beach. Has spacious rooms and a nice pool! Breakfast is made with love every morning and they are willing to help you the best they can, def stay here if you are looking for some peace and quiet:)

loved our time here!

well-sized room, loved the pool!!!, very helpful and kind staff, very good breakfast (although some savoury options - even just eggs - would be very appreciated!), very lovely decor - furnishing was very stylish and not cheaply made. We appreciated getting switched to a room by the swimming pool during our stay (wasn't available for the full length of our stay, but the staff did their best to accommodate us). There are only ~8 rooms, so the hotel is not very busy even at full capacity

hoovers are not very popular in Mexico, so you do end up with sand everywhere (sweeping is not quite enough) - but they did their best and cleaned all areas regularly lots of new constructions in the area - so not the most pleasant neighbourhood while works are in progress, but I can only imagine that in a few months it will be buzzing (which won't be a bad thing - the hotel is very much enclosed and keeps the noise away)

Perfect hideaway for couples

Poolside large room with high ceiling, airconditioning, big and comfortable beds, big mirror, friendly staff, good cleaning and security at the gate at night. Fresh fruit breakfast, with yoghurt and granola, toast with jam, coffee or tea. The property itself is very beautiful with nice decorations. The next door restaurant Atarraya is amazing, plus everything in Punta Zicatela is at walking distance, yet not too close to hear loud music.

Very small detail but some hooks in the bathroom for the towels would be useful. The water in the shower did not get warm all the time.

Best location in La Punta. Staff were amazing, free breakfast is huge and amazing. I've stayed in three places in La Punta, some a lot more expensive and this is the best.

beautiful facilities.

bedrooms are beautiful. it smelled nice. shower pressure allows me to wash my hair, but not always hot water … I think this a PE limitation overall, not a big deal after a hot day. AC worked well. wifi always worked for me. fruit was always avail for snacks. 5 min walk to beach & restaurants.

other guests: if other guests were loud, playing music by the pool or stayed up late by pool all that noise echos into the room. if the other guests were quiet it was perfect. hotel is probably best for groups and/or couples. not for a quiet, solo traveller looking for tranquillity.
