About this villa rental

In a prime position on Jeffcott Street, within easy walking distance to Wellington Square, The Village, Adelaide Oval and the CBD, this property can be your home away from home.

The Jewel has 8 bedrooms with 9 beds - 3 x queen and 3 x double beds in bedrooms 1 - 6 plus 2 x king singles in bedroom 7 and 1 x king single in bedroom 8. You will have the convenience of 5 bathrooms - a queen room with an ensuite, the main bathroom, 2nd bathroom and an ensuite in bedroom 7 and also bedroom 8.

Does a separate space appeal to you? A studio adjacent to the villa with it's own access is available and has a queen bed to sleep 2 guests. This stylish studio also has a flat screen TV and lounging area, a fridge, tea & coffee making facilities and a fantastic ensuite. Wine glasses, plates & cutlery are also available. This is an additional charge and charged separate, please request for a quote.

A gorgeous tiled porch with slate steps is an historic feature of the front of the residence and enjoys the morning sunlight and trees scape of this lovely location. With the sun on your face and an early morning cuppa, you can prepare and plan your day on the gorgeous porch.

Enter the grand hallway and become immersed in the magnificence of the gorgeous home with towering ceilings, arches and lead light features.

Once you have been greeted with the 'welcome home' feeling, you will fall in love with the rest of the villa and with so much room to move you can find your own nook to escape to (after you've nabbed your perfect bedroom).

A formal living room has a huge bay window, chandelier and marble fireplace adding beauty and grandeur easily catering for grand family gatherings with an outlook to Jeffcott St. Smart TV

The bedroom you encounter first is a queen room with a stunning marble fireplace and large picture window. Perhaps the queen room with ensuite, fireplace and BIR could be the place you rest after a full day out and about. All the other restful bedrooms feature Baltic flooring, high ceilings and BIR. The main white bathroom features a large Spa bath, separate shower and is perfectly positioned within the home. Own TV

A commercial size white kitchen with granite bench tops, pantry, stainless steel appliances also provides extra eating space. You can also enjoy the convenience of a second kitchenette.

There are laundry facilities and an undercover alfresco area within the huge 4-6 car verandah to the side of the home.

You will always have hot water with an instant gas hot water system and your comfort assured with a large ducted RC/AC throughout.

We note there are two external security cameras, one on front verandah/entrance door and one in driveway facing street entrance

Big sprawling house with everything you need. Great for a big bunch of friends to catch up. Heaps of bathrooms! Good position very close to cafes and O’Connell street, with easy access to city.

I stayed with my roller derby team. The space was perfect for a large group. There are lots of bathrooms so there was no queuing and we didn't feel on top of one another. The location is great. We hope to return.

We stayed at Jeffcott Street for the LIV Golf weekend and we could not have asked for more. Selina was great with the communication and the house was large and spacious with 8 bedrooms that gave each of us our own space. It’s within walking distance to Adelaide Oval to see the footy and there are quality cafes close by. We will be back for sure. Thanks Selina

Booked this house for a family wedding. Couldn’t have been happier with it. Plenty of room for everyone, comfortable beds, great outdoor undercover bbq area. Awesome location almost next door to The Flying Fig cafe for great coffee and brunch. Bus stop outside for easy access to city. Brilliant all round.

Our basketball team ‘The Sparkle Másters’ stayed at the Jewel on Jeffcott for the Adelaide Masters Games. It was perfect! Housed the 12 of us comfortably, was walking distance to many restaurant options and the kitchen and bbq area was perfect for eating in. We loved the flying fig cafe two doors down for morning coffees too. The bathrooms all were great with good water pressure and hot water. The Sparkles would absolutely recommend and stay there again.

The bedrooms were large and the beds were comfy. There was so much space. We took advantage of the free bus around the corner and the cafe on the corner. Great location. So nice to have the whole family under the one roof.

My business partner and I decided on this property for the base for ourselves and our law firm employees for a 5 day stay for a conference at the Adelaide convention centre. We were not disappointed. The property is located a 25 minute walk to the Oval and conference centre. The property is beautifully appointed with comfortable beds and linen, great heating, enough bathrooms/ensuites. One of us drove and it was great to have the convenience of onsite parking for our car. The neighbourhood was lovely. Gorgeous daily walk to Adelaide Convention Centre. Great place to decamp and debrief after a big day. Check in and check out process easy to follow. Do not miss.

Overall our stay was fantastic. We were at Jewel on Jeffcott for 14 days with a big family group attending an event. The house and furnishings are lovely and the location is great. Just a block from North Adelaide restaurants and O'Connell St, and 5 mins to the city. Everything was attended to by the managers of the property and we would highly recommend it for other large groups.

Stayz is a clumsy booking system that failed us badly in the first instance. Once the booking was confirmed, communication with the manager, Leelee, was efficient and helpful. The property is faultless and we all loved being there. Lovely touches throughout.
