Would love to stay again

The location was perfect with the tram out the front as we were there for the test match so it was door to door.

Enjoyable stay! definitely will come back again

The breakfast is wonderful, good combination of food, staff are friendly n helpful. The location is superb! everywhere in the city is jus so around the hotel, there's food nearby, shopping jus a short walk from the hotel..

Housekeeping can do a little better, our room was not serviced despite us putting the sign to do so; but it only happened once during this stay, so probably the staff overlooked. Btw, this happened during our previous stay here two years ago in 2022 too.

It the price you pay for comfort and convenience

The CBD location was very convenient. We enjoyed a lovely meal in the Hilton restaurant "The Grill". Our beds were very comfortable and we slept well. The mini bar was stocked and we were given 2 bottles of free water a day. There is also an option to enjoy a continental breakfast each morning down in the dining room.

The price for concierge parking was really expensive at $55 per day. If you do not pay for this parking service you will need to park your car down the street and walk about half a block to the Hilton. The price for breakfast is a bit steep at $38 per person.

I was in tears, Recemption was very rude. but the concierg was helpful. Restaurant was good

7 days breakfast same thing, and became boring. the same food daily breakfast. TV was not working had to get a person from the engineering Dep. The heater was not working the first night it was freezing, then the next day we realised the heater was not working, but they repaired it in the end. The room had old guest medicine locked up in the cupboard. Pool water was too cold, no one was there to swim.

perfectly blissed - i wished we were able

overall everything was amazing, location, room, staff, check-in and breakfast

when i rang re-parking, I was only advised about the valet parking, and not the more affordable parking option for our budget. thankfully, when we checked-in was advised about the affordable parking around the corner at Uparking. the checkin person was amazing.

Great location. Very nice staff. Food ( breakfast, lunch, dinner) was excellent

Not so didnt like, more needing an upgrade in rooms , especially bathroom, shower didnt work properly for instance

My partner and I loved our stay. It was a fantastic room to come back to each night.

The location couldn’t be much better and nearly all of the rooms had a great view of the city surrounds.

There wasn’t much to complain about. Maybe a very slight hint of “out-dated” considering it was the “Hilton” (known as ultra classy). But nothing was actually non-functional.

Location was perfect- very close to fresh food markets and a short walk to Botanical Gardens. Also within easy reach of airport

For a Hilton Hotel it was tired generally. In particular the rooms. They need upgrading. Front forecourt at entry very lack lustre.

The location and bed

It’s very old and tired. Shower was awful and I could hear tv’s from the rooms on either side of mine well into the night. I called down for ear plugs but they didn’t have any. Valet parking was 15 minutes late to return my car the first day so I was late to a funeral and the second day they parked it quite a distance away which meant I had to lug my huge bag to it and wasn’t offered help. I won’t stay again. And don’t recommend it to you. Not a five star experience, far from it.

Excellent place to stay in Adelaide!

Room's are large with a big bathroom, including a tub and a shower area!!

It was ok, but not amazing,

Hiltons are very clean and I am asthmatic so I like the fact the rooms are clean. However, there was a very odd smell coming from the carpet between the twin beds.

Not a great location. Nothing much to see around the hotel.

We had a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Great location. Excellent gym facilities. Food and dining options were fantastic. Outdoor pool is a winner.

Pool spa could have been warmer.

It was ok.

The location is great. Tram is just across the hotel. The coffee and sele serve juices at breakfast was good.

The bes was comfortable but the room was outdated! The bathroom was from the 80’s or even 70’s. There was even a shower curtain! Didn’t feel hygenic. There was a strange odour, in the room. Don’t mistaken it to the room service which was great. The odour is sure related to the old carpeting, furniture and etc.

Very pleasant stay for 4 nights.

Room, view, facilities within the room, friendly staff and breakfast.

I ordered a chicken burger without a bun which was supposed to be with chipotle sauce and was given a chicken schnitzel with tomato sauce and the staff member who served me giggled about this being a more relevant order. Most places are capable of providing what was ordered, for people like me who don't eat bread.

Had a very pleasant stay overall and would likely stay again

I feel the rooms were a good size and had a nice view . The beds were comfortable. Staff were all lovely and polite. Location was excellent so good value for money. Breakfast was a good spread and fresh.

The bathrooms look a bit tired and need an upgrade. The pool was disappointing we expected a larger more inviting pool so we didn’t end up using it.

First trip for a disability person it was a huge deal for her and to achieve this goes a long way.

We got an upgrade in rooms which was very good and also comp breakfast, which goes a long way. Gym was excellent, staff were lovely. Location and easy for my clients is what mattered the most as she was in a wheel chair.

Check in could have been better, we had confusion with the room as we had to have wheel chair access and also bathroom access and we messaged the hotel and also bookings but when we got there it didn't happen which was really disappointing. But staff went out of their way to assist and make my clients stay memeroable.
