Beautiful and comfortable apartment in a great location close to Fistral Beach

Azure 7 is a really lovely apartment and very comfortable.

Excellent apartment ,great position and would stay again

Relatively easy ,I misread the instructions getting into the car park but rang Aimee and she responded immediately

When coming out of the lift on the second floor the automatic light would go off before you reach the door ,it needs to be reset to stay on longer

Conveniently located apartment

Bright, comfortable, spacious, conveniently located unit. Well appointed kitchen. Nice outlook.

Ensuite shower water didn't drain, so flooded quickly. Only one set of toiletries for 2 bathrooms. No spare toilet paper. No washing powder for the washing machine which is a nuisance for international travellers.

We had a lovely 3 ngts and would definitely go back, beautiful and great location.

Accommodation was clean airy modern and well equipped. The bathrooms were lovely too and as a whole it was very spacious. Amiee was very helpful getting us in early and answered all questions quickly.

The parking space was a bit difficult to get into and the sea view we were expecting from booking pics was obstructed by a gavel road and bank:( so a little disappointing as it just wasn’t what I was expecting. It wouldn’t stop me going back as flat was beautiful and so well located, but as I wasn’t aware in advance that we didn’t have a good view of beach I was a little disappointed when we first arrived. But beach is 5 mins walk in any direction so definitely worth it and very beautiful.

It was a lovely home away from home. It had everything required for a comfortable stay and you can tell the host put a lot of thought in the preparation for her guests.

Excellent location, great bathrooms and good kitchen facilities with lots of things provided eg dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, bin bags etc. Secure parking.

One of the single beds had broken slats and one of the patio door locks didn't work so we couldn't use it.

Perfect location, excellent mini-break away with all the home comforts.

Lovely, clean, modern apartment, exactly as advertised. Whole building had a brief issue with hot water and this was rectified quickly and efficiently with good communication.

Not a criticism but hand held shower attachments and hand towels in both bathrooms would have been useful.

Great apartment in a great location

Sleek, modern, clean and tidy. Everything you need in the kitchen and, there's a washing machine. Don't know how the heating works but it was amazing!! ( Given we stayed in late October). On site parking is a bonus. Loads of pubs and restaurants within walking distance

We'd kind of assumed Apartment 7 was sea facing as per the picture but it is north facing, overlooking a carpark. Maybe that was mentioned somewhere but we overlooked it if so. Telly is basically Freeview (not an issue but there's no other box to mention that!) But you can log into Netflix. Carpark space would be tight for a large car.

Nice modern apartment between amazing Cornish beaches

Large spacious modern apartment with everything needed to live. Large balcony. Secure parking. Great location between Fistral beach and Newquay.

No hand towels for anyone, no spare toilet roll, and no toiletries or soap in ensuite bathroom. Mattresses need updating as old and thin. The carpark is to small for a medium to large car ... especially if other carpark spaces are taken as there is no room to manoeuvre. The photos on the booking website are misleading showing the south facing front of building with golf course and sea views, but the apartment is at the rear with no sea view (apart from a tiny gap). Some mould in bathroom.

Excellent location - walking distance to the beach. Apartment was amazing and beds very comfortable. Shower room downstairs was really useful coming back from the beach.

Underground car parking space was pretty tight for an SUV (but great to have free parking).

Lovely family break, just what we needed.

Location was brilliant, being so close to the beach and everything we needed.

Perhaps the price is a little steep, compared to similar places that we have stayed in Newquay.

Very good

Layout and cleanliness was excellent. Good access to the nearby beach and decent balcony. Good bathrooms and kitchen.

TV was basic terrestrial & Netflix with no DVD player. The common areas were a little unkempt and the parking space was difficult to navigate.

very enjoyable, i have family in cornwall so it was lovely to see them and they took me sightseeing

the bed was difficult to make. not keen on feathers, pillows not very comfy, couldnt open the balcony door from the lounge lock rusted i presume. only one pot towel, had to buy some. nice apartment but for the money i paid i expected a generally better standard.

2 day bank holiday visit

Everything! The apartment was fabulous, such good value for money. The facilities were great, everything was so clean and the location was perfect.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Ok thanks to the good location but disappointed by the apartment.

Good location, light roomy apartment.

Main problem was poor heating in the living room which couldn't cope with the cold weather so remained cool (about 17-18 degrees C) despite raising the thermostat as described in the property guide. Additionally the apartment is looking a little tired, marks on walls and badly scratched doors and floor. The catch on the main bedroom door is broken so could not be closed properly. Although listed as a beachfront property this apartment is at the back of the block so the view shown in the photos can only be seen when exiting the block of apartments at the front. The actual view from the apartment is a grassy bank and other apartments air con/heat exchanger units.

Location near to the beach and town

There were a few niggles. Heating was hit and miss, batteries in the remotes didn't work, some of the slats in the blinds were missing so had to improvise to give us some privacy, and the clock didn't work. And the hotel next door played thumping music from 9-12pm every night we were there (Xmas parties we presumed) so perhaps not recommended for a December weekend young family break. The advert gave the impression that the property was facing the sea / golf course view. Its not, Its facing the back of the property. Shame It didn't meet our expectations. Having stayed in recent years in other properties within close proximity (in some cases under 100m) we wouldn't return here again.
