Go here for the infinity pool

Big rooftop with big infinity pool. Could fit more sunbeds, as these were always occupied. Rooms are decent, had a nice with a balcony with great views.

A bit worn, could use a bit of renovation in certain areas. Location is not the most central, but ok.

aufjedenfall ein Luxus hotel, mit vielen Features und tollem Personal, ordentliche Zimmer. und der Pool im 25ten Stock ist atemberaubend. Saubere Zimmer und ein Hammer Aussicht. Ein Top frühstück, das beste in Vergleich zu den anderen Hotels in Vietnam. Top Gym

Hohe luftfeuchtigkeit in der Stadt und ohne AC geht man unter, aber die Klima hat gemacht was sie wollte, in der Nacht ist sie 2 mal angegangen und hat volle pulle bis auf 16 grad runtergekühlt, andere gäste meinten Ähnliches. Casino angebot mittelmäßig

The staff were very friendly, Gigi at the reception desk was welcoming and made our check in and out very smooth. The concierge service was great, they helped us booked tours seamlessly. The room was great. Restaurant was great

Szép, rendezett, mindennel felszerelt. Kedves, segítőkész személyzet

A személyzet nagyon kedves, profi volt. Minden kívánságunkat teljesítették, segítettek a programok foglalásában. A szálloda szép, tiszte. A medence a tetőn csodás kilátást biztosított a városra.

Definitely memorable and recommendated!

I like that it has an infinity pool at the rooftop, with a bar that serves a wide range of drinks and cocktails. The international breakfast buffet is also big in variety and the location of the hotel is in District 3 which is very central and near the bustling District 1! definitely a stay worthwhile

The breakfast spread is a big spread but can do better in terms of the taste and quality.

We loved our stay at La Vela Saigon Hotel and would stay there again if we have business in the area

The location was ok, but not perfect for a 3 day stay in Ho Chi Minh City. Its was an easy ride from the airport. We had chosen district 3 as it was hailed as the more quaint area with loads of coffee shops and boutique shopping. However we found ourselves travelling daily to district 2, where restaurants and shopping was super exciting. Not a big deal braker, as one can easily catch a "Grab" car (once downloaded the APP) and be in district 2 very easily. The breakfast one could write about forever - it's very extensive, amazing, delicious and absolutely wonderous! We also used In Room dining a couple of times for lunch and the food was also very delicious.

The long wait for the room. Our fault - we knew we would arrive at 8am, but hoped to be let into a room earlier than 1:30pm (which was still 90 minutes before actual check in) just after a 13.5 hour flight and extreme heat outside we had hoped for some leniency, particularly as we already had paid for late check out in advance for the day we were leaving. Reception said we could use the restaurant, but the lift would not work for us without a key - so we needed to go back to reception. We were then told to go to the massage place on level 4 (which is amazing by the way) but when we got there, we were told that they would not open for another 2 hours. So a bit of mis information, but not the end of the world. The room itself was very comfortable, but the carpet needed a good cleaning.

Saigon Splendor

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The friendly staff are an asset to the hotel. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooftop pool must be experienced day and evening. Sunset views are stunning and a swim at the end of a hot day in Saigon so wonderful.

Pleasant stay and good value for money

Loved the friendly staff and atmosphere. Pool and room service was amazing. Breakfast had a good variety and they also served traditional American breakfast. Lobby is elegant and brilliant. View from the balcony was great! Location is close to a 24hour family mart (convenient store) around the corner.

No smart TVs or variety of channels to watch. The shower design is too close to the toilet so the area is cramped. Mini bar items are too expensive.

🤔 in-house laundry service was rather slow and expensive. There were some misunderstands due to language barrier 🤔 breakfast ends quite early (at 9:30). Considering many guests arrive jet lagged and are on vacation, we would have preferred a more flexible option (there are brunch offers later but they have to be paid extra) 🤔 upon check out, we were presented with the foto of a towel that I had used two days prior to wipe off the excess of a face mask. Said towel hadn’t been removed from our bathroom ever since and we were told that we had to pay for it because of the stains. We responded that it was only a face mask which should be easy enough to clean. We didn’t have to pay anything, however the whole situation felt off and made for a rather unpleasant check out experience

공항과의 거리: 일요일 오전에 출국장까지 택시로 15분 소요. 루프탑 수영장 뷰가 끝내줌.

직원들은 친절했지만.. 5성급 호텔의 grade는 아님. 엘리베이터가 여러 개이긴 한데 너무 느려서 잠깐 나갔다 오는 데에도 시간 오래 걸림. 복도, 객실, 시설이 5성급 이라기에는 좀.. 나 혼자 가는 거라면 나쁘지 않은데, 가족이나 중요한 고객 모시기에는 부적합.

Mehr Schein als sein und nicht das Geld wert

Der rooftop pool bietet eine sehr schöne Sicht auf Saigon und das Hotel hat ein sehr zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal! Es bietet zudem viele Möglichkeiten der Beschäftigung mit Restaurants, Gym und einem Casino!

Das Hotel läuft definitiv seinen Ansprüchen hinterher und ja, die Kritik fällt jetzt auf hohen Niveau aus, aber für das Geld haben wir in Vietnam deutlich bessere Hotels erlebt! Angefangen bei unserem Zimmer, welches total nach Schimmel gestunken hat, eine defekte Balkontüre hatte und mehrere Gegenstände wie zb. Der Föhn einfach abgenutzt und Kaputt waren. Das Frühstück ist zwar gigantisch groß, aber alles in allem nicht hochwertig oder geschmacklich überzeugend! Hier wäre Klasse statt Masse ratsam! Überall im Hotel sieht man, das bauliche Reparaturen notwendig sind (als Beispiel scharfkantige fehlende Fliesen im Pool oder abgefallene Leisten)! Alles in allem haben wir uns deutlich mehr erwartet

Amazing pool and beautiful rooms.

Location not easily accessible to walk on the streets, due to safety and dirtiness. Definitely needed taxis to go to places. Also no restaurants offered food for kids even though room service had a kids menu. Otherwise very nice facilities and friendly staff.

We loved the stay here and would definitely recommend it.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The sunset views from the rooftop pool were breathtaking and there were also a wide range of options available at breakfast. With a casino as well, we couldn't believe how much this hotel has to offer!

We would really have appreciated complimentary black/English tea in the room with some milk!

Great stay at La Vela

Amazing hotel, beautifully furnished. Rooftop pool and bar is incredible. Location from airport is good but hotel is a good half hour walk from the central district 1 area. Breakfast was great, room very clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly.
