In a NOLA LUX home, you'll always find our bathrooms stocked with a starter set of everything you need to get squeaky clean including (but not only) shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Our kitchens have all the essentials needed to prepare your favorite meal. Kick start each morning with Keurig coffee pods included with every stay. We've even got your TV entertainment covered with hundreds of streaming options to choose from.
NOLA LUX homes are immaculate and well maintained by professionals who clean and sanitize between every guest using the highest standards in the industry.

The following details are important but aren't specific to this particular unit and apply to all reservations made at a NOLA LUX property.
WE RECOMMEND TRIP INSURANCE
Planning a vacation can be stressful enough when everything goes right but adding a pandemic to the mix adds a whole lot of uncertainty. Trip insurance keeps you from losing your vacation rental investment if you need to cancel for a covered reason. We're here to help if you have any questions!
HOUSE RULES
These are all no brainers, but we don't want any confusion so we're going to state the obvious:
- NO SMOKING
- No gatherings greater than the approved occupants
- No rearranging furniture please
- Quiet hours between 10PM - 8AM strictly enforced
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS
The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. There are exceptions made on a case-by-case basis and with a paid security deposit and our express written permission. Contact us for details.
**We do not accept bookings from guests within a 50 mile radius.**
SECURITY CAMERAS
Security cameras are in all common spaces of the building, but no worries, no cameras inside any of the homes. We do also have internal sensors that detect temperature, humidity, THC, vapor, and decibel levels.
GUEST REGISTRATION
After you book your reservation, we will require the completion of our electronic Rental Agreement and a copy of a government-issued ID (excluding Airbnb bookings).Once completed, your check-in instructions will be emailed to you thirty days before your arrival date.
OPTIONAL FEES
The following fees are paid in addition to and after the reservation is paid for:
- $75 Early Check-In anytime after 11AM (must be arranged within three days of arrival)
- $75 Late Check-Out anytime before 2PM (must be arranged within three days of arrival)
- $25 per night single rollaway bed rental (includes all necessary bedding)
- $25 per night crib rental (includes all necessary bedding)
SUPPLY STARTER KIT
No one wants to have to worry about getting to the store after traveling all day! That's why we provide a supply starter kit – to get you through the first day or two of your stay.
The kit includes: three rolls of paper towels, dish sponge, five dishwasher pods, four trash bags, dishwashing liquid, ~12 coffee pods per bedroom count, creamer, sweetener, salt/pepper, olive oil, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath soap bar, lotion, mouthwash, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and three rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.

While we do not have any long-term parking on-site, there are countless parking options that we would be happy to provide more information on. Thankfully our location is optimal for walking (or short Uber/Lyft ride) experiences for guests of all ages.

This place is STUNNING! It is beautiful and perfect for what we needed. During our stay here we were able to walk 98% of the places we wanted to visit. We would definitely rebook this spot! The host was very accommodating and communicative.

The condo was lovely. So clean and comfortable. Lots of room to spread out. Loved the bedding and huge closets, it was very luxurious. It felt like an oasis after a day of being out in the heat, sightseeing and doing all of the New Orleans things! Erika and the staff at NOLR were very responsive, quickly answering any questions and making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

The stay was great and we have no complaints. Apartment looks just like the photos it's very cozy and felt like home. It's conveniently located close to everything so we didn't have to go far for activities. We will definitely be booking again soon!

This place was fantastic! Roughly 20ish minute walk to the French Quarter, it was quiet enough at night to fall asleep and within walking distance to some great restaurants. The tall ceilings made the apartment feel open and airy. Included soap/shampoo/conditioner was a plus. Lastly, Nearby Market (Nesbits) has essentials that you may need while being a 1 min walk away. Recommend!

New Orleans is always a fascinating city. Other than the one day of complete torrential rains, we had a wonderful time. The Vrbo was spacious clean And close to most places that we wanted to visit.

The apartment is beautiful. It was a comfortable place for us and our friends to hang out while visiting NO. It is close to shops, restaurants and is also an easy walk to the French quarter! I would stay here again!

The Refinery was a great place to stay! We rented the Armstrong and loved the room. It was clean and there was a little welcome gift for us. The location was great, within walking distance to everything; without the noise of the city's night life. We felt very safe there. Arrival and departure was very simple. We will definitely rent this space again next time we are in town.

We were quite surprised at the location and the amount of space offered in this condo. The restaurant below (Bricquet) was very good . Parking was a block away which was no problem at all. This area of NOLA cleaner than most.

The Communication was nothing short of superb! The Armstrong unit is very comfortable and is well equipped with the things that you need during your stay. We were trying to be close enough to walk to everything yet far enough from the noise. This place was perfect for two couples. We each had enough space to do our own thing but could share evenings playing games at the table. Plenty of room for us to all sit in the living room too. Wi-Fi service was good too. Never got to use the balcony due to weather but I'm sure it's great in the summer. We'll be back!

Overall, we had a great experience! This was a great location with a lot of food, drinks, and transportation close by. The room was so cozy and the beds felt AMAZING. I even had to ask what brand they were to which the host responded quickly and even provided the link! I can not say enough good things about this place and the staff! Had a fantastic holiday week in this lovely condo. Easily walkable to a lot of highlights and good public transportation. The hosts were very accessible and accommodating. We needed a place to store luggage after checkout on our final day and they made it happen. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff was amazing attending to all our emails and texts quickly. The condo was a fantastic location for the convention center. We loved all the room to have friends over and sit on the balcony. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I liked that the bedrooms didn't have windows, but make sure you have a clock or alarm set so you don't miss anything! I highly recommend this condo to anyone needing a place for a convention or a nice place a short distance away from Bourbon Street.

We stayed here while we were in town for the Saints game. This is a great location far enough away from the party to get some rest but close enough to walk to everything. It’s just a block or two over from the river walk outlets and the streetcar. We walked most places with no issues. Loved the balcony that overlooked the street. The building is really nice and secure and the loft was everything and more. Very quiet at night.

This place is amazing, and such nice touches when you check in from the team! Great location to everything, totally walkable to everywhere, so no need to have a car. We were greeted with a personal note and some snacks to start us off, and the rental team thought of everything from, K-Cups, Creamers, water and toothbrushes. I have been at quite a bit VRBO's and this one is one my favorites! Thank you so much for letting us stay at such a fabulous place!

My friends and I wanted a really nice location to celebrate our best friends birthday and bachelorette weekend! This location was so perfect, short walk from multiple tourist attractions, Ubers where super quick to find the location. And most importantly we felt secure with 3 women it was a plus to feel secure in where we were staying. Also, Erika hands down was AMAZING!! From start to finish she literally was so attentive and knowledgeable it made our trip that much better. I would definitely book here again!
