The state flower of Louisiana deserves praise for its great beauty and so does this home! The Magnolia is a spacious apartment that has lots of sleeping options! Great for family or friends. Check out our custom 12ft headboard!!

Each spot is equipped with a starter kit, so you have the basics you need to kick start your vacation as soon as you get here. Kitchenware. Coffee. Toiletries. The essentials. We also leave you a little lagniappe snack/drinks while while you get settled in.

The Magnolia has a location that can't be beat! Get your steps in and check out the coolest local bars and restaurants that NOLA has to offer all within a casual stroll of this home. Did we mention the French Quarter was just a 10 minute walk? If you want even more excitement, grab an Uber to Magazine Street, Marigny, or Bywater.
Four blocks from the St. Charles Streetcar Line.. this is a great option to see the gorgeous mansions and Live Oak tree draping of St. Charles Avenue.
Countless coffee shops and convenience stores located in a two block radius of this home.
Rouses Market is nearby too.

EVERY HOME, EVERY TIME
In a NOLA LUX home, you'll always find our bathrooms stocked with a starter set of everything you need to get squeaky clean including (but not only) shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Our kitchens have all the essentials needed to prepare your favorite meal. Kick start each morning with Keurig coffee pods included with every stay. We've even got your TV entertainment covered with hundreds of streaming options to choose from.
NOLA LUX homes are immaculate and well maintained by professionals who clean and sanitize between every guest using the highest standards in the industry.

GENERAL INFORMATION
The following details are important but aren't specific to this particular unit and apply to all reservations made at a NOLA LUX property.

WE RECOMMEND TRIP INSURANCE
Planning a vacation can be stressful enough when everything goes right but adding a pandemic to the mix adds a whole lot of uncertainty. Trip insurance keeps you from losing your vacation rental investment if you need to cancel for a covered reason. We're here to help if you have any questions!

HOUSE RULES
These are all no brainers, but we don't want any confusion so we're going to state the obvious:
- NO SMOKING
- No gatherings greater than the approved occupants
- No rearranging furniture please
- Quiet hours between 10PM - 8AM strictly enforced

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS
The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. There are exceptions made on a case-by-case basis and with a paid security deposit and our express written permission. Contact us for details.

**We do not accept bookings from guests within a 50 mile radius.**

SECURITY CAMERAS
Security cameras are in all common spaces of the building, but no worries, no cameras inside any of the homes. We do also have internal sensors that detect temperature, humidity, THC, vapor, and decibel levels.

GUEST REGISTRATION
After you book your reservation, we will require the completion of our electronic Rental Agreement and a copy of a government-issued ID (excluding Airbnb bookings).Once completed, your check-in instructions will be emailed to you thirty days before your arrival date.

OPTIONAL FEES
The following fees are paid in addition to and after the reservation is paid for:
- $75 Early Check-In anytime after 11AM (must be arranged within three days of arrival)
- $75 Late Check-Out anytime before 2PM (must be arranged within three days of arrival)
- $25 per night single rollaway bed rental (includes all necessary bedding)
- $25 per night crib rental (includes all necessary bedding)

SUPPLY STARTER KIT
No one wants to have to worry about getting to the store after traveling all day! That's why we provide a supply starter kit – to get you through the first day or two of your stay.
The kit includes: three rolls of paper towels, dish sponge, five dishwasher pods, four trash bags, dishwashing liquid, ~12 coffee pods per bedroom count, creamer, sweetener, salt/pepper, olive oil, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath soap bar, lotion, mouthwash, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and three rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.

PARKING
While we do not have any long-term parking on-site, there are countless parking options that we would be happy to provide more information on. Thankfully our location is optimal for walking (or short Uber/Lyft ride) experiences for guests of all ages.

Beautiful, well appointed condo with many nice extra touches, such as welcome snacks, drinks, and toiletries. Fully stocked kitchen and glassware items. Lovely balconies. Quiet except for the garbage trucks in the early mornings, outside! Beautifully furnished & decorated; however, seating in the living room is very uncomfortable— couches are very hard, with no back support. Not great for older renters like we all were! Overall, great service, great condo!!

This place is wonderful. All the reviews are true: the beds are incredibly comfortable. We had 4 adults and slept so well it was hard to get up and out in the morning. The block is walkable to some of the best restaurants/bars and there is a nice crepe cafe a 5-minute walk or less. The water pressure in the shower is great, the kitchen is stocked and the AC works fabulously. You couldn't stay in a better spot.

We stay here every year for Mardi Gras and it is fabulous! The hosts are VERY responsive and super nice! They always make us feel so welcome every year and even brought us a gift basket to show their appreciation for our ongoing support! Can not wait to be back next year!

Great location! Walking distance to the convention center, museums, restaurants, and coffee. And there was a convenient mini market down the street! The beds were comfy, the place was clean, and host was quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again.

Great unit to stay in! Only complaint was the street noise but I know that's beyond anyone's control— and there was a sound machine which was such a great touch! You guys have literally thought of everything! Very comfortable and for a 2 bedroom, was a reasonable value vs booking 2 hotel rooms.

The apartment was clean and fully stocked. There were several amenities that go above and beyond what is typically offered in a rental such as the welcome snacks and drinks, paper towels, toiletries, tissues, and hand soap were all very much appreciated! Convenient location was walkable to everywhere!
