Planning a vacation can be stressful enough when everything goes right but adding a pandemic to the mix adds a whole lot of uncertainty. Trip insurance keeps you from losing your vacation rental investment if you need to cancel for a covered reason. We're here to help if you have any questions!
HOUSE RULES
These are all no brainers, but we don't want any confusion so we're going to state the obvious:
- NO SMOKING
- No gatherings greater than the approved occupants
- No rearranging furniture please
- Quiet hours between 10PM - 8AM strictly enforced
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS
The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. There are exceptions made on a case-by-case basis and with a paid security deposit and our express written permission. Contact us for details.
**We do not accept bookings from guests within a 50 mile radius.**
SECURITY CAMERAS
Security cameras are in all common spaces of the building, but no worries, no cameras inside any of the homes. We do also have internal sensors that detect temperature, humidity, THC, vapor, and decibel levels.
GUEST REGISTRATION
After you book your reservation, we will require the completion of our electronic Rental Agreement and a copy of a government-issued ID (excluding Airbnb bookings).Once completed, your check-in instructions will be emailed to you thirty days before your arrival date.
OPTIONAL FEES
The following fees are paid in addition to and after the reservation is paid for:
- $75 Early Check-In anytime after 11AM (must be arranged within three days of arrival)
- $75 Late Check-Out anytime before 2PM (must be arranged within three days of arrival)
- $25 per night single rollaway bed rental (includes all necessary bedding)
- $25 per night crib rental (includes all necessary bedding)
SUPPLY STARTER KIT
No one wants to have to worry about getting to the store after traveling all day! That's why we provide a supply starter kit – to get you through the first day or two of your stay.
The kit includes: three rolls of paper towels, dish sponge, five dishwasher pods, four trash bags, dishwashing liquid, ~12 coffee pods per bedroom count, creamer, sweetener, salt/pepper, olive oil, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath soap bar, lotion, mouthwash, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and three rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.

While we do not have any long-term parking on-site, there are countless parking options that we would be happy to provide more information on. Thankfully our location is optimal for walking (or short Uber/Lyft ride) experiences for guests of all ages.

Fantastic apartment in a great location. The place was huge & very comfortable. The beds were very good & the kitchen was well equipped. One suggestion for the kitchen: please put in either a kettle or a small pan. Also please have a hairdryer in each bathroom. There was only 1 for 3 of us to use.

This condo was beautiful. It was very clean, they left plenty of starter necessities, and the check in process was super easy and outreach from the team was excellent.
The location made it easy to walk to the French Quarter daily (~18min) and there was a great coffee & crepe shop around the corner (Ironworks). We went with friends who also found a place in the same building so it was super convenient.
We did have a bit of trouble with parking so I recommend a garage if you are staying more than a day but that is the condition anywhere in NOLA.
Will stay here again when we go back!

Super easy checkin, the owners were very responsive when we contacted them. One shower didn't seem to work upon checkin and a maintenance person was there with about 10 mins to fix it! Super fast and easy. Very comfortable beds and the kitchen was well stocked. Walking distance to several restaurants and bars. Bourbon street was about a 15 min walk away and French quarter about 20 mins or so.

Our foursome had an awesome 5-night stay! The Frenchman was hip and cool, adding to the fun vibe of NOLA perfectly. Plenty of space and the high ceilings made it feel very spacious. And the little touches added to the luxury. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed staying in the historic building with high ceilings, brick walls, and large windows to add to the charm. The property manager keeps the condo clean and they are great to work with and provide lots of information ahead of time to help you be prepared. This is an awesome place! The problem was it advertised it slept 6 but it absolutely did not. 2 of our party had to get a hotel room because we only had the 2 king beds. We could rent rollaway beds for $50/person/ night. You really need to put in your description it only sleeps 4.
