A warm welcome with style

Franz was an excellent host. His attention to detail is incredible from my room to the delicious breakfast served with a warm welcome which was really lovely. Breakfast so good, with so many choices, it kept me going to early afternoon. Franz is a considerate host and makes a real effort to ensure you get the most from your trip. The metro close by which is great for access into city. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend.

I loved everything about the property.

Pure bliss 💛 Relaxed. Homely.

From the very moment that the owner Franz greeted me at the door with a smile, I knew straight away that I had made the right choice of where to stay. The hotel is stunning, bright, clean, smells wonderful. My room, was extremely comfortable. THE BED 🫶🏽 awwww 🫠 I fell into a deep sleep pretty much straight away. Extremely cosy and snug. He took the time to show me everything and how they worked. From the very stylish shower, all the lights and the TV etc. Complimentary bottles were located in the room along with mini chocolate bars. Very thoughtful. Breakfast was delightful. He really goes over and beyond to make you feel at home. Franz is a very friendly host with good humor. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. When I return to Amsterdam, I know where I will be booking. Thank you for your hospitality Franz. Wishing you the very best XO

Excellent friendly and clean b&b near metro

The host Franz was super friendly and informative. My room was spotlessly clean and modern. Breakfast was deluxe continental with very attentive service. The location is near the Kraaiennest station on the 53 metro line and it takes about 30 minutes to get to the centre of Amsterdam.

Much more than I expected and wished I had stayed longer

I loved the hospitality, the modern comforts of the room and the breakfast was a feast fit for a King. Wish I had booked to stay longer. Oh, it is a plus that the place is just a 5+/- mins from the train and bus station.

A wonderful stay, with a lovely friendly and helpful host (Franz)

Breakfast was EXCELLENT….a highlight of our stay. Lovely homely place to stay. Property spotless. Location was good…..in the suburbs (so nice and quiet with green space), but an easy 4minute stroll to metro station with direct line to city centre

Very good

Breakfast was very good! Loved it. The room was clean and modern.

The bed and pillows were not as soft as I would have liked. The room was not sound proof and I woke up at night a couple of times because of the noice outside of the room.

Exceptional

The excellent host was very patient and guided me through all the facilities so I was comfortable and confident in using them. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and refreshed every day, and the breakfast was plentiful with something for everyones tastes.

Not much to see in the nearby area as it's mostly residential, but you are only 20 minutes on the metro from Amsterdam centraal which is a nice and easy commute. Overall no issues, and would happily stay again :)

Simply the best place to stay in Amsterdam. Rooms are always super clean and they ARE modern! The bed is way so comfortable. Daily room cleaning. The service is superb, Franz does an exceptional work and offers a generous, tasty breakfast. He also helped me and recommended some place to visit. The location is perfect, just 5 minutes walk from the nearest subway station, from there 20 minutes to reach Centraal Station. The nearest supermarket is right next to the subway station.

Just perfect!!!

The host Franz was amazing, so friendly and helpful. The rooms were absolutely spotless, with everything you need and more. The breakfast was one of the best we have had abroad. Everything was just perfect, Franz should be very proud of what he has made in this wonderful B&B.

I can recommend it to those who need quality accommodation!

Attractive residential park, the accommodation overlooked the park and playground directly. The host was friendly, he seemed to know what the traveler needed! It offers thoughtful, fashionable rooms and bathrooms. The impeccable and hearty breakfast was impressive. We felt like we were guests!

I can't say that! We are still impressed!

What a wonderful host! Franz knows how to look after his guests - everything is prepared with love and attention to detail - including croissants and elderberry jam Franz makes himself! Delicious!!! We could not have asked for a more comfortable, spotlessly clean and pleasant accommodation! The location is perfect - so quiet and peaceful - all you need if you want to be energised and ready to take on another day or night in Amsterdam. We will definitely be back! Thank you!!!

Amazing B&B by the wonderful host who goes an extra mile to provide the best stay!

The B&B and the room were very modern and stylish. The room was very clean and had everything you need. The breakfast is the best I have ever had in a hotel! The host is very nice and friendly and will make sure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Oh, and it's only 5 mins from the metro station - very convenient!

very comfortable stay in spotless luxury room with generous superb host.

very sleek modern interior in quiet residential area. breakfasts an absolute delight catering to my vegan request . more important to me was the owner, Franz, who went above and beyond to make me comfortable , particularly when I became unwell during my stay. a superb and kind host.

spiral staircase would make it tricky for someone with limited mobility.

I’d definately recommend it for the active who want value for money . v quiet compared to the centre

only that you are completely reliant on the metro line or bus . RVB cards good . it means it’s not easy to pop back

Great option if you don’t mind staying far from the center/canals

Awesome owner, very nice breakfast, close to a metro station, shower, coffee machine and teapot with chocolates in the room, large screen TV, air conditioner

30 min ride to the city center, the bed was great for me as a solo traveler but could be too small for two guests. The room is rather small.

Like a stay at a friend's home.. If my friends had beautiful houses and made amazing breakfasts!

The host, Franz, made me feel very welcome. He took the time to thoroughly discuss everything. The breakfast was amazing, and the room was clean and comfortable. I'd definitely return!

Ultimately clean and beautiful decoration

Hospitality of the landlord was exceptional and also the breakfast and the services was really good. It's location was a bit far from the city Center but a subway station is available by 3 min walk, which directly brings you to the central station in around 20 min.

Perfect stay in Amsterdam Zuidoost

Very fresh and very stylish. Amazing breakfast. Incredibly friendly owner.

Neighbourhood is a little shady - it wasn’t particularly pleasant to walk from the metro station in the evening. Direct surroundings o the property are very nice, though.
