This is a beautiful place with great amenities and amazing food!

The room was beautiful and cozy, and the breakfast was GREAT.

The fireplace was kind of complicated to figure out, and the location is much farther from downtown Hot Springs than I would have preferred.

We gifted this stay to my parents for their wedding anniversary and they raved about it!

The breakfast was outstanding! We were very impressed with the quality and the variety of food dishes. Very attentive service. It exceeded our expectations for this trip! Loved the covered porch and the waterfall on the grounds.

Overall, it was a very good stay.

Very nice place. Everything we needed was in the room. Security was simple but effective. Staff is very good. Very good atmosphere.

The main course of the breakfast needs to be a little more traditional. Maybe consider offering a menu to choose from. The location was not the worst by any means but a little hard to get in and out of. The parking lot could use a bit more lighting.

Very nice and cozy room. Exactly what we were looking for. Will definitely plan a return trip. Breakfasts were very delicious. Looking forward to our next trip.

The best place to stay for an anniversary or any occasion.

The check in process was very easy and convenient. The property is gorgeous. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The breakfast was FANTASTIC! The owner and inn keepers are very friendly and informative.

Perfect from start to finish!

we loved everything about our stay! the grounds are beautiful and well kept. It’s so cozy and peaceful inside and the service, food, and experience were top notch! We will absolutely stay here again and again. perfect location away from the busyness of downtown, but still close enough to go hang out. We definitely felt at home here and can’t wait to come back!

I will for sure be back!

Joanna was very nice, and the breakfast in our room was really special--i took pix it was so beautiful. The house was amazing craftsman style and excellently done and decorated. It was a treat to have a fire place in our room. The house was amazingly quite, and we slept like babies! I recommend staying here and have told all of my friends about it!

Great Couple Getaway

I loved how everything was nice and clean. Very relaxing area . The staff was great ! Very nice and cozy . Me and my love needed a nice getaway. We had the Spruce Suite and loved it . We Sat by the fire and just enjoyed Mother Nature together. Great place for Couples!!

Our stay at Hilltop Manor was perfect and relaxing. Wish it could have been longer!

The setting just outside of town was perfect. Close enough to town to get to places easily, but out of town enough to have minimal noise and traffic. The food was delicious and our host was attentive, yet allowed us to have independence throughout the common areas of the B&B.

I was pleased with everything about our stay.

Very relaxing and quiet

The manor was beautiful and the property was very well maintained. I enjoyed the room and the food. It would be a perfect place for a honeymoon!
