Staff was very nice. Location is good.

Reported black mold on the walls in the bathroom within minutes of getting in there. I got an apology four days later no one ever came and to sanitized, clean it. I even followed up on it on the second day still, no one came fixed the issue. When I booked this room, I booked it because the website said ON SITE fitness center, spa or Jacuzzi. None were available to us due to “maintenance “ None of the ice machines work, I was told you can walk to the hotel next-door to get ice when needed. There is heavily rusted equipment right next to the indoor pool with jagged metal edges. we used the pool very briefly because I had worries that my son would hurt himself we got out and never used it again. The rooms have bugs in them, on more than one occasion myself, and my son woke up with something crawling on us and with bites on our legs. And I don’t mean one or two bites, I mean 8 to 10 on each leg, but we’re not not there when went to sleep. This hotel is not worth $45 a night much less what what I was actually charged. People go on vacation not to have to deal with these type of issues to get through a day. No one should have to walk all the way across a parking lot to another business in104+ heat index to get ice when the paid for ice to be on the floor the booked. Absolutely horrible experience. the owner should be ashamed that things have not gotten that far away from them at that location. I’m a hospitality business owner and have been for 30+ years, this is unacceptable. I’m not knocking the staff in anyway. I know these things are out of their hands and they have to deal with frustrated customers. The staff was top-notch and very cordial.

First time tried Country Suite and Inns, due to bad experience, will not stay again.

The fire alarm was consistently going off my last morning.

Nice location and I felt safe.

Something was going on with the fire alarm and it was going off every 3-5 minutes. It was horrible and I ended up checking out earlier than I planned because I could not sleep. This noise continued for at least an hour before I finally left. I did not have an issue until my final morning. I'm not a complaining person but I almost asked for a portion of my stay to be comped as I had to leave hours before I planned.

Customer service was non existent. There was a cock roach in our bathroom. Took 40 minutes to get checked in. Was told someone would contact us regarding it all and never once was. When spending $304 for 2 nights you don't expect to walk into a room with a huge gash in the chair. I definitely won't stay there again.

Great location.. Bar and grill like 20 yards to Right on the door.. Plenty food choices within walking distance..

When doors close it’s pretty loud and it’s just dated.. Needs renovation.. Mattress seems to have and old box springs underneath.. Tossed and turned all night.. Back hurts from mattress..

Overall a good place to stay.

Room was comfortable.

Booking.com had not contacted the hotel so I had the pay twice. Ice machine on our floor was not working. Hotel seems to be sort of run down. Possible needing some renovations.

Staff knocking on the door at 9 am when check out isn't till 12pm even tried to come in before 10am . Curtain sheer had mold on it bottom left.

We like the hotel begin on Central Ave it had plenty of stores,eating places.We like the customer service on the morning shift. The cookies was a nice touch.

We was not please our phone didn't work in suite 210 and tv went out on us twice. No cable or movie channels. The breakfast need to charge the food was not cooked fully and eggs need to be add to menu.

Location is great and updates to the hotel would make us want to stay again.

The location was great! The staff were very friendly. The free breakfast was an added benefit.

On the overall the hotel needs to be updated. I did like the wood floors in the room, but the carpeting in the hallway is very worn as well as all other room features.

Every vending machine was down and everyone who walked in got rooms for $88 and I paid $189/night.

Location

It was storming when we returned late that evening and when we got in the elevator it elevator stopped between floors. The emergency call inside the elevator did not work, I tried calling the front desk, No Answer! Finally after about 10-15 minutes was able to get the doors to open and we climbed stairs to our floor. The breakfast was disappointing, no breakfast meat, no bacon, no sausage, No Meat! No biscuits or gravy.
