Very clean, friendly staff, comfortable beds

Our room was VERY clean. Beds were soft. We arrived around 4 am and the man at the reception desk was so sweet as well as the rest of the staff this morning. We would most definitely recommend this motel!

Hotel hygiene

The convenience

Jet tub, microwave, fridge all dirty, dead bugs in bathroom. We didn't get in till late so I didn't tell staff till the next day and she said if I had said something the night before, she could have done something. The amount we paid was definitely not worth it. Also broken dresser

Disappointing

Location was great. Rooms were a little run down but everything worked. Bed was very comfortable and clean.

Pool closed. Room was needing repair.

Could have been better price for a roach motel

Wasn’t told about breakfast so didn’t eat breakfast there

I saw roaches in my room but didn’t tell the other family. Room was in need of some repairs.

Location,that's it!!

Room didn't match what's on line,charged me an extra $40 because I checked in before 2pm. Definitely not worth the money. I don't recommend for anyone to stay there. Picture on line shows a nice room with red heart shaped hot tub next to the bed and it's not even close to what we were giving, owner very rude and incorporate. TV didn't work very discussed in whole experience.

I have always liked staying there But, The man that was there was the most rudest ever I got the suite and the tub was dirty and the room looked like someone had just left I was so mad I had planned for months for it to be a wreck I will get me a cottage next time in hot springs that has it all the fridge would not even close because it was frozen in the top I wish you would get a good manger so you can have good people to stay

This was the nastiest and worst condition hotel I've ever had to stay at.

The distance to my destination.

Let me preface this by saying that there was NOWHERE else for us to go and we didnt have the funds for a higher priced hotel. Had that been an option, we would have immediately left. We checked in by 4:30PM and they had given our room reservation to someone else and put us in a different room. We were also advised that there were no other rooms available due to how busy they were. They have this assenine rule if check out is at 11 but if you check out from 10:30-11 they charge you extra money, so essentially check out is actually at 10:29am unless you want to be charged. Im understanding to a business who is remodeling and paint may be ugly, or a room may only have partial updates etc. However, there were gaping holes in the walls, exposed wall plugs, electrical problems so that the TV couldnt be on if the overhead lights were off, leaking faucet into a tub that didnt drain, busted door jams from being broken into with a door incapable of locking beyond the key card lock. We were concerned enough to sleep with our pistol in arms reach. Not to mention the roaches. We personally only saw one but, if theres one theres many. Im hoping to be able to post photos if I can. This place was a disaster and they have no business putting anyone in a room like this. Maybe there other guests got the cleaner, remodeled rooms i dont know but this specific room was absolutey ridiculous.

Only thing I liked was the young lady who checked me in! The rest well let's say wasn't pleasant at all!

Didn't like owner walking in our room while women and children are getting their swimsuits on! This is after he had already pushed his way on in to look at our TV in which was working fine!

Location

Roaches, poor maintenance, cigarette burns in sheats, smell, pool access, also didn't like lady at front desk we mentioned concerns she didn't give a rats to listen. Real rude staff.

there nothing to like about this building.

We were aware that this is considered one of the cheapest hotels in Arkansas, regardless the conditions were so disgusting. Beds were stained of God knows what. Phone line didn’t work, the phone was decoration. The bathtub faucet was broken. towels were not even white, had a brown stain in it. some lights were not working, the lamps that I guess are ALSO decoration didn’t work.Let me mention also that they had maybe like 2/3 plugs which one was near the bed but not enough plugs. They need more than just one mirror also, if it’s a double bed room obviously it’s for more than just one individual. Will not be staying another time, yes it is “CHEAPER” but it’s still expensive for whatever it’s worth. oh, also they have stained mattresses in the hallway as you walk to your room. OH AND THE LOCK WAS BROKEN.
