Perfect, perfect 🤩 perfect!!

Everything!!! Made to feel so welcome 🤗 presented when walking in with cake 🍰 😋 , fresh bread 🍞 🥚 eggs , butter 🧈 jam and marmalade, milk 🥛 bottles of water etc etc etc to much to mention! Was like home from home 🏠! Clean to a fault ! Just PERFECT 🤩 thanks to Nicky and Peter ( a defo visit if your in the area !! )

Exceptional

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Keepers Retreat hosted by Nicky and Peter while attending a wedding in the area, and I cannot express enough just how wonderful our experience was! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and the most incredible hospitality. Nicky and Peter went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. Their thoughtfulness truly touched our hearts. We were welcomed with the most delicious homemade cakes and treats, which were an absolute delight. It was evident that they put so much love and care into every detail. Their place was not only beautiful but also impeccably clean, making it feel like we were their very first guests. The attention to detail in their cozy abode was truly remarkable. They sent us detailed directions beforehand, and provided an amazing guide filled with everything we might need during our stay. We felt like we were in a home away from home, a cozy haven to return to after the wedding festivities. The kindness didn't stop there! On the day of the wedding, Peter offered to drive us to the venue. This gesture of kindness was above and beyond any expectations we had and made our day so much smoother and stress-free. In summary, I cannot recommend Nicky and Peter as hosts highly enough. Our stay was nothing short of wonderful, and we left feeling like we had made new friends. If you are looking for a welcoming, comfortable, and charming place to stay, look no further. On a scale of 1 to 10, we'd rate it a solid 12! Thank you, Nicky and Peter, for making our stay so incredibly special.

You won't regret booking here!

Beautiful property. Nikki and Peter make you feel so welcome. Lovely homemade cake and biscuits on arrival. Great location, 5 minute drive (45 min walk) to Rowland Castle Station and 25 mins on the train to Portsmouth Harbour. Gorgeous views and really peaceful in the countryside. Will hopefully return at somepoint. Highly recommend.

Everything was great, so no bad points. One suggestion would be to have the TV on a wall bracket so you can swing it round to watch in bed 🙂

Tranquil

Immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. A haven of peace and quiet. Well equipped with everything you need. The air conditioning was also very on hot nights.

Absolutely brilliant everything you could ask for.

The property was great, ideal for what we wanted in our stay, very comfortable and nothing was too much trouble for Nicky and Peter. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful flat in a stunning location

Beautiful location, with a stunning view from the window. Furnished and equipped with everything you could need. Hosts were helpful and friendly. Homemade cakes and biscuits on arrival, along with milk, fresh eggs, homemade bread and butter - such a lovely welcome.

Nothing - everything was thought of and taken care of.

We had a lovely stay, and would love to come back again at some point.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. It was also just a really nice place to spend time in; it is superbly constructed and decorated. The owners have made a big effort to make guests feel welcome, for example with the welcome cake and other supplies. Road connections to Chichester, Portsmouth and the Downs were good.

We had no problems at all during our stay.

A quiet and cosy retreat in the countryside

The rooms were very clean and very comfortable. They provided us with absolutely everything we could need. The views were great and it was soooo quiet in the evenings! The hosts were helpful and friendly.

A Wonderful Find!

The very welcoming email we received a few days before arriving. Nicky and Peter clearly want their visitors to feel at home. Food provisions such as home made cakes, bread and condiments were a lovely and very useful addition to the accommodation. The bed and bedding was very comfortable. Very peaceful location and pleasant outdoor space to enjoy. We have already recommended Keeper's Retreat to our friends.

Hosts were amazingly thoughtful, accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Accommodation is superb. Excellent value for money. There are so many little extras included. We loved our stay here and would have liked to “hitch” this unit to our car and take it with us for the remainder of our UK holiday.

Perfect base for a touring trip along the South Downs.

Beautiful appointed luxury property with private parking and stunning views . Personal touches on arrival along with lovely owners made this a fantastic break.

5 Star accommodation, great location, prefect hosts.

Excellent flat with all mod cons in the middle of beautiful countryside. Aircon, great kitchen, superb bathroom, clean to perfection and beautifully decorated. The fridge was stocked with goodies for breakfast, fresh bread and cake on the kitchen counter. The attention to detail is great, makes the stay a real treat. We spent 3 nights in a very comfortable bed, rested well, enjoyed the views and the garden, drove to the beaches and found charming local pubs. Hosts are there with information and help if needed. A perfect location for a couple's weekend or holiday.

Fabulous stay at Keepers Retreat. Nicky and Peter are wonderful friendly hosts. Absolutely wonderful

Property was self catering.Although Nicky left us the most marvellous marmalade jam and butter in fridge! On arrival tea was ready - home made cake and shortbread! Lovely private garden which we enjoyed.

On the contrary - everything was superb. We loved this property. And Nicky & Peter our hosts. Everything needed was provided for. And more! We will definitely return!

Beautifully presented apartment making an immediate pleasing impression. We were warmly welcomed by our hosts - Peter and Vicky, who were very generous with sharing their knowledge of the local area. A most enjoyable few days spent in a tranquil and scenic part of the South Downs.

It is beautifully and tastefully appointed. Exceptionally clean. Warm welcome, friendly and helpful owners. Parking was excellent, instructions there very helpful. The bed was the most comfortable bed ever! A delightful and relaxing stay. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful accommodation - a great location to explore this part of the country.

Everything, from the warm personal welcome by Peter, to the lovely touches such as the home made cakes by Nicky, were fabulous. The facilities were contemporary, stylish, yet homely and comfortable. We felt very spoilt indeed.

There is nothing my daughter and I would comment on negatively. It was all lovely ! I just wish we had had more time to stay !

Home comforts

The excellent accommodation is set in a very quiet and beautiful location. Nicky and Peter were lovely hosts and added touches including jelly babies and homemade cake on arrival was a very nice touch. What’s not to like!

Goodwood long weekend.

Friendly and helpful hosts, idyllic location for the southern coast. Exceptionally clean and comfortable, modern facilities with a homely atmosphere. Definitely worth a revisit. *****
