コスパがよくいい宿泊が出来た。

温泉の使用時間が長く快適に使用できた。朝食もバランスよく美味しかった。

温泉でフェイスタオルを使用してしまい部屋で使用する分が欲しかった。

An enjoyable stay in a quiet place with good views of Mt Fuji

It was easy for taxi drivers to find and the rooms were very comfortable.

It was a little challenging to order food and drink - essentially it’s like a vending machine and you take the ticket to the chef to cook up. If I didn’t have GoogleTranslate, we wouldn’t have been able to order anything.

建物は新しく清潔であった。食事も夕飯、朝食と利用させて頂いたが満足。浴場も空いており堪能。緑茶、麦茶の用意などちょっとした気遣いも良かった。

Wi-Fiが欲しかった。テレビもＢＳが見れれば尚良しと思った。

Good location if you drive

Good size rooms. The hotel is quite new so it was comfortable. Easy access to the motorway, two convenience stores around the hotel, and one with a small food court. Good restaurant downstairs, and good food for a good price at around 1000 yen per meal. You need cash to purchase a meal in the vending machine next to the entrance. We had a room with a Mt Fujii view however we didn't get to see it as it was overcast weather.

I like the hotel environment. simple, clean, friendly, dedicated staff, having breakfast can see Fuji-san 🥰🥰

Excellent views of Mount Fuji from a well appointed hotel.

The location was excellent, with access to highways and view of Mount Fuji.

Breakfast was served on your plate by staff and not the usual 'select you own' buffet style.

Great value, nice and clean

The bed was very comfortable, first solid night sleep in Japan. Loved the green pyjamas. Good size room. Handy service area close by and Lawsons opposite. Nice bath and shower room. Plenty of parking.

Exceptional

The onsen was excellent. It was very relaxing. There were only several people at the onsen. The breakfast has a wide choice of food. It was delicious.

The location is a bit far way from public transport.

Nice hotel particularly for drivers staying around that area

There were two queen-size beds in the room. The room was spacious and clean and I was able to open up my luggage. The staff was helpful and there are many parking spots available. Strongly Recommend staying here when you drive around this area.

There is not much to do around after sunset. Staff was not able to communicate fluently in English, but was able to convey messages when typing in words.
