Although this home is not technically an oceanfront lot it does offer direct beach access and unencumbered views of the ocean finished with a semi-oceanfront price. All bedrooms are tastefully furnished and offer flat-screen TVs with DVD.
Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fully gated private pool, hot tub, picnic table, basketball hoop, 2 outside showers, direct beach walkway and a gas grill. Inside you'll find a Recroom with flat-screen TV, pool table, Queen Sleep Sofa, refrigerator and pool deck access. Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV/DVD, deck access and semi-private full bath (second door to the hallway).
Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV/DVD and private balcony with ocean views, Queen Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV/DVD and deck access, Master Bedroom with 2 DuoBunks, flat-screen TV/DVD and deck access and the laundry room with a utility sink and washer/dryer.
Top Level: Features an open great room with flat-screen TV/DVD, gas fireplace, ships watch and deck access, dining room with seating for 8, kitchen with 2 dishwashers and counter seating 4, half bath, screened porch with picnic table and ocean and sound views, and a King Master Bedroom with a flat-screen TV/DVD, private balcony with ocean views and an attached den with a Queen Sleep Sofa.

This property does not provide beach chairs.
Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
