Private entrance to apartment in a residential home & neighborhood. Very nicely decorated and comfortable. The only star I detracted was for traffic noise. Would stay there again!

Exactly as advertised. Comfortable spot. Some road noise, but sound machines in the bedroom made it a non-issue. Conveniently located for our tour of Brown University.

It's hard to rate this one. The owner was great and very communicative, flexible, willing to stow our bags if needed and nice on negotiations. My sister and I were only staying one night. Any longer may have been hard. There were kids above us that stomped and squealed during the night and I was woken by them around 9:30AM the next day. I love kids, have two of my own, but since we were watching a program we volumed up quite a bit. The owner was kind enough to provide clean towels in each room and the fridge had some helpful items. The bathroom, while tiny had some hair supplies but they were clearly used, and the pump I don't mind, but I would prefer not to use someone's used shampoo bottle. But there was a hair dryer I could use, so that was good. The other necessary thing was the white noise machine in each bedroom. I used mine all night. The street noise is a lot. We listened to the bass of car stereos, emergency equipment and really loud motorcycles. For one night it was fine, but more would have been tough. I would suggest a carpet for the kids upstairs and maybe a set quiet time? I hate to be complaining about kids because I love kids, but after a long day, we needed some quiet time. In the owner's defense, I never contacted him because we just volumed up the t.v. Thanks for the stay though!

1. Illegal blockage of rear door egress. 2. Instead of full 1st floor owner behind and in addition to above 3. Small child stamping on floor over regularly 4. No TV access to NBC, CBS ABC-mostly pay per view or old re-run channels 5. Bed mattress only 12-18” off floor 6. No closets in bedrooms-one small off kitchen, 36” x 24” deep

We really enjoyed our extended weekend in the Providence area. The vacation rental was perfect for our needs. Quaint and quiet. Beds were comfortable. Coffee was ready!

Very clean, comfortable and friendly. Great attention to detail. They had already stocked all the little things that I wanted, such as a full ice bucket, Q-tips, straws, variety of coffee, potato chips, and white noise machines!

This property had lots of character, was clean, comfortable, and I'd definitely stay here again. The air conditioners kept it a comfortable temperature, the kitchen had everything I needed, and it was the perfect spot for my stay in Providence.

Good stay! Clean and easy to access. Snacks and coffee available with a kitchen. Nice place. The only reason I have it 4 out of five stars is that the traffic noise at night is so loud. They supply white noise machines, but it is still bad. The price is very good though.

This location was perfect for our vacation plans. We had stayed another time this year and were pleased to book it again. The small two bedroom apartment gave us a good amount of space for two. Kitchen is small, but had what we needed and we cooked every evening. We are coffee geeks and love the Keurig that makes either a pot or single pods. The TV is great for Hulu, Netflix, etc.; no local stations though. We did find the shower quite small. Yes, we'd stay again!

I rented this property for a short 5 days stay and was very comfortable. The unit is at the lower level and It has all the essentials. The property owner was prompt in responses. The iPhone charger and the cable (in case someone forgot to bring) and the refreshments kept on the counter on arrival were some of the nice and helpful gestures from the owner. A minor inconvenience was the light above the sink didn’t work consistently.

We would stay here again, but there are a couple of things other guests should know. The bedrooms face a main street so there is road noise. Owner has provided small white noise machines. The blinds don't completely block light and the heat or air is not controlled in the apartment, but neither caused us any problem. Coffee machine was excellent (we are coffee snobs) providing either a pot or individual Keurig pods. We were disappointed in the TV options. Good for movie or Hulu/Netflix shows, but we couldn't get a local station with weather. Owner was responsive to our questions. The kitchen had good dishes and appliances, but be prepared to hand wash your dishes.

We spent one night here on our way to Massachusetts. First time in the area and it was a great location. The place was clean and cozy and welcoming. I felt like I was home. Welcome goodies were a thoughtful touch. Would stay again!
