Convenient location, great value

The location is perfect for the airport: a short walk away, which in the end we felt comfortable walking even with our suitcases, as the street feels calm and the right amount of busy. The room was charming, comfortably-sized and with an armchair! Kitchen facilities would be useful for a longer stay, although we only stayed one night so didn't need them. The building itself had a lot of charm: no anonymous hotel here! The street and building were both pretty quiet, especially for the location. The host is friendly, capable, and organised.

There was a brief leak in the kitchen, but Gustavo came and resolved it straight away so that was all fine. Having the bathroom a few feet down the corridor was slightly inconvenient, but for our short stay it really didn't bother us.

La zona se ve súper insegura ,y la entrada a los departamentos no es la mejor... No está muy agradable el lugar, por ese precio mejor pagar un hotel con mejor ubicacion y más cómodo.

Not worth 30 usd

It is very close to T2, relatively quiet

There was an incredibly loud noise between 10 and 11p.m., like a generator or some big machine. The room does not get really dark at night. It is substandard and not worth 30usd for a night.

Perfect place to stay near MXCD Airport Terminal 2

Great location near the airport - a walkable distance from Terminal 2 (10-15 min). Nice host, comfy room and great price.

The entrance was a bit messy, but it didn't really bother me.

El departamento queda cerca del terminal 2 del aeropuerto y se puede ir caminando . Las instalaciones limpias y el personal muy atento en todo momento .

La altura de los ambientes y por consiguiente la menor altura de las aberturas. En el depto n°2, el ruido de la bomba de agua al cargar el tanque (creo era eso)

Fantastic little apartment especially for a layover. Hot shower, good food nearby and a clean comfortable bed.

Very tranquil because its at the end of the street, I liked that we were in a residential neighborhood. It felt quite safe and there was a ton of good food options because of the proximity to the airport, we could eat where the airport employees eat.

la ubicacion si esta muy cerca del aeropuerto, hasta caminando podrías llegar sin problemas

en fotografias se ve mucho mas amplio que la realidad, esta muy descuidado el entorno y no se ve seguro en lo absoluto de noche, el baño esta super raro con la regadera sobre el escusado, esta super incomodo, la cama igual. Por el precio se podría esperar más.

Limpio, bien ubicado,

La ubicación es excelente, el lugar limpio y aunque pequeño tiene todo lo necesario, muy amable la persona que me recibió.

Para época de frío, sería ideal poner un cobertor de tela gruesa, y revisar el wc ya que parecía tener fuga y se oía que se estaba tirando el agua toda la noche.

Convenient for a layover

We liked the economical price. We liked the fast wi-fi. We liked that they provided dish and laundry detergents. We liked that they provided us a second hot plate in addition to the one that was there, and a bigger cooking pot. We liked that the hosts were responsive and nice.

Did not like getting an apartment different than the one pictured on the booking. Did not like the buzzing noise that occured at all hours of the night, which we were told came from a crazy neighbor. Did not like the wild kids running the hallway. Did not like having to pay for each bag of garbage to be taken away. Did not like the start of construction right across the hallway from our apartment with the super loud pounding of walls being busted out all afternoon, and for which we had to spend the next day away from the apartment.

Esta relativamente cerca del metro. Se encontraba limpio.

Que me quisieran cobrar un costo extra por mi hij@ cuando en la reservación ya había pagado el costo por todos los que nos hospedabamos. La persona que nos recibió fue amable pero si tuvimos ese inconveniente. El baño es muy pequeño y no te puedes vestir o dejar ahí dentro la ropa que te quitas porque se moja, por el tan reducido espacio.

Not as advertised. Dirty junk filled building. Low ceilings. Actually cut open my head on ceiling and I'm only 6'. Uncomfortable. WiFi was useless. Shower/toilet combo (yes combo) was small and weird.

Very well-equipped, having a kitchen, a sitting room and a bathroom. The location is very close to the airport and walkable around 10 mins.

Great value only because of proximity to airport, but would not book again due to terrible nights sleep.

The property was clean and walking distance to the airport.

There were many ants in the kitchen and the apartment was very, very loud by others in the compound until 4AM with loud televisions, dogs barking, babies crying, and general loud conversation throughout the night. We had a pretty sleepless night here.

Great for an overnight stop over

Very clear and easy directions from Terminal 2. Great little suite with everything you need for your stay.

A little noisy from the other apartments nearby but it got quiet as it got later and I was able to sleep well. I suggest you bring an eye mask as there is light outside that illuminates the room a bit.

Does the job if you want to stay near the airport

If you're just looking for a place to rest before catching a plane, it's the perfect stay. Another quality, the check-in is autonomous and the indications to get in are very clear. There is hot water and what you need for a short stay.

It smelled kinda moldy and like it needed a freshness touch. There can be some noises at night, but overall, does the job.

Just a place to put your head for very easy access to the airport

Proximity to the airport as we had a very early flight the next day.

The water pump going on and off all night and the water tank constantly filling behind the kitchenette. Used my ear plugs to get some sleep. The low ceiling my husband is 6ft3.

Excellent location for T2 at a great price.

Great location and great value. Excellent instructions given to allow easy access. Fridge, coffee maker and drinking water supplied.

It is well lit, but the street is a bit grungy when arriving after dark. The entrance and stairs are very neglected. The room is very basic, as you would expect for the price and the shower set up is interesting.

Amazing Value.

I was very impressed by how thoughtfully well appointed the apartment was. It is small.but very comfortable, and in a safe neighborhood convenient to the airport. The apartment is clean and well furnished. The host had made sure all potential needs were provided for, Iron, ironing boarding, hair dryer, coffee, tea, drinking water, everything is there. This place far exceeded my expectations based on the price. I would definitely stay here again.

The doorways are quite low, be prepared to duck down as you walk from one room to the next.
