Fab hotel, great value, lovely staff

Great selection of buffet for breakfast and dinner Friendly staff Nice pool and swim up bar On beach.

Guests putting towels on the sunbeds early mornings and not using the beds.

Absolutely hassle free

Food was very good and plentiful dispute the restaurant always being very busy. Staff vey friendly and helpful.

As hotel is in very isolated area some sort of shuttle service to malls etc would have been good

Superophold for en familie på 7 voksne og 4 børn fra 3-7 år.

Morgenmaden var meget fin og varieret. Beliggenheden var måske knapt så ideel, men til det vi søgte var det ikke noget minus. De sødeste og mest hjælpsomme blandt personalet var: Erna og Amchres(?) fra The Palm, Ramesh fra terassebaren og Loken fra den store restaurant. Værelsesrengøringspersonalet - erindrer ingen navne - var forbilledligt og rengøringen super.

Great food, tremandous noise.

Best at RIU Dubai is for sure the Dinner experiance, the Asian Spice Restaurant, The Itlaian Palm and the main Buffet offer foot of exeptional quality (Maiby the best I know and I have seen a lot).

The nois level at the hotel is tremendous. Bar with outside seats offers alcohol untl 2:45 in the morning. The hotel is located almost directly under the approach path of dubay international Airport (World bisiest Airport). Dpeneding on wind direction plains land or start on the RIU side. If the Emirates A380 start to RIU side al night long sleeping with door colsed and ear pluigs is difficult!

Eten, drniken, zwemmen en fantastisch voor kinderen van alle leeftijden

Een soepel draaiende organisatie die continue voor eten, drinken, zwemmen en allerlei dagelijkse activiteiten biedt. Personeel uit veel verschillende (India, Filipijnen, Myanmar, Africa) die goed getraind zijn en klaar staan om gasten te helpen.

Ik moest heel vroeg weg en er waren geen taxis alleen limousines, die onder contract met het hotel werken. Die zijn duurder dan taxis en de chauffeur dumpte mij op het vliegveld en toen ik een bagagewagentje gehaald had, stond mijn bagage op de stoep en de auto was weg. Erg teleurstellend en net consistent met alle andere servicen in het hotel

Alles top, Erholung pur, ein gelungener Aufenthalt

Von Anfang an hat hier alles gepasst. Sehr schönes Zimmer, zusätzliche Kopfkissen wurden prompt geliefert, überall durchweg freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück-, Mittags- und Abendbuffet. Unser Aufenthalt hätte nicht besser sein können

A waste of money

If they assign you to the 137 run away from that hotel, that and the adjacent rooms are below the bar/deck where furniture is being dragged around all night make it impossible to sleep

Brīnišķīgi! Tā kā plānojām pamata atpūtu pie jūras, tas arī izdevās!

Visas ēdienreizes ļoti bagātīgas, plaša ēdienu un dzērienu izvēle, personāls ļoti rūpīgi sekoja līdzi, lai nekā netrūktu.

Mūsu numuriņš bija labā vietā ar skatu uz jūru, taču no rīta bija dzirdama personāla ratu stumšana, rosība, kas arī saprotams!

The service from all the staff was exceptional every single member . The hotel was very clean and comfortable cannot fault. We would definitely go back again .

Perfect for a weekend getaway, and far away from the hustle and bustle of busy Dubai

Value for money is incredible. All you can eat and drink (bonus, all the food is really tasty and good quality), plus lots of activities for families. Amazing.

The deep pool could have been temperature controlled - it was very cold but that is the ONLY "complaint" I have about this hotel.

MIło ale jednak trochę rozczarowujące

Ciekawa rozrywka wieczorna - bardzo dobry zespół. Smaczne ale monotonne jedzenie. Na plus duży basen do pływania. Dobry alkohol w all inclusive, niestety napoje z dystrybutorów już nie tak dobre (często prozgazowane, lub mało ekstraktu) Termatyczne kolacje (libańska, azjatycka i włoska) - niestety libańska rozczarowała ale włoska naprawdę smacznie, szczególnie urzekło nas carpaccio. Przyjazny personel.

Startujące samoloty co kilka minut - ciężko się do tego przyzwyczaić. Nudne śniadania, codziennie dokładnie to samo. Korytarze jak w szpitalu (surowo), pokoje niewiele lepsze - prosiliśmy o jedno łóżko, dostaliśmy dwa zsunięte ze sobą, które non stop się rozjeżdzały i przesuwały.

Horrible a part pour les amateurs d’aviation

Le personnel et l’accueil étaient très bien.

Hôtel beaucoup trop loin de Dubai L’hôtel est localisé sur le couloir aérien de l’aéroport de Dubai. Les avions vont et viennent tout le long de la journée et de la nuit et passent littéralement au dessus de l’hôtel … on voit presque les voyageurs… L’hôtel est très grand et n’a qu’un restaurant pour le pdj et déjeuner.. c’est horrible le rush au buffet avec une clientèle Russe pas très bien éduquée.. Salle très bruyante Je déconseille cet hôtel

Transport horrible mais hotel au top

L'hotel ainsi que le personnel etaient parfais .

hotel beaucoup trop excentré du centre ville ,prevoir un tres gros budget taxi . Devant l'hotel il y a toujours de tas de taxi pour se rendre ou l'on veux et ceux à n'importe qu'elle heure .En revanche pour revenir à l'hotél c'est tres tres compliquer car aucun taxi ne veut revenir .Mon fils et moi courrions apres eux et rien n'y fais ! meme avec l'application "careem " : societé de taxi equivalente à uber , On mettaient 1h30 à 2 h à trouver une voiture et une fois trouver ils nous prenaient plus de fois le prix .C'etait un drame Nous avons tellement galeré que nous avons fini notre sejour à l'hotel car nous avons eu peur de finir un soir sur le trottoir. Notre séjour à été un désastre car nous n'avons pas pu faire tous se que nous voulions . L'hotel devrais mettre en place des navettes pour ses voyageurs , car on a vraiment vraiment passer un sal quart d'heure ! Couloir aérien , les avions passent plusieurs fois par heures et 24h/24h : mon fils de 3 ans sursautait à chaque fois et notre someille à eté fortement perturbé tous au long de notre séjour .

Waren nur 2 Tage hier zum Baden, Zweck erfüllt. Würde hier keinen längeren Urlaub machen.

tolle Strandlage, aber keine Infrastruktur drumherum. Großes Zimmer, aber sehr schlicht und ohne Charme

Zimmer wirken kühl und lieblos, Hotel ist ein Betonklotz ohne Charakter. In der Umgebung gab es schlichtweg nichts.

Vacanza perfetta per rilassarsi e visitare la città

Resort un po' fuori dal centro, ma raggiungibile facilmente con il taxi. Zona molto tranquilla. Personale sempre cordiale e sorridente e disponibile. Cibo vario e ottimo. Tutto ottimo.

Dovrebbero spiegare meglio il loro servizio di taxi perché ci hanno convinto a prenderlo e solo dopo ci siamo resi conto che non era conveniente. Al mattino non arriva acqua calda nella doccia.

Ich komme schon über 30 Jahre nach Dubai und habe schon viele Hotels ausprobiert nie wieder ins Riu.

Das Personal ist freundlich sehr entgegenkommend. Das Hotel liegt an einem schönen Strand aber abgelegen von der Stadt. Frühstück, Mittagessen und Abendessen waren OK. Die Animateure machten einen guten Job viel Animation. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gesäubert.

Das Restaurant für Das Frühstück, Mittag und Abendessen mit Buffet ist vergleichbar mit einer Arbeitskantine grosser Saal viel Lärm Tisch an Tisch, man konnte nicht gemütlich speisen. Wir gingen morgens in die Sportsbar dort hatten wir weniger Lärm einen besseren Kaffee nur kein Buffet mit Eier usw. Mittags und abends immer das Gleiche keine 5 Sterne. Die Liegestühle am Pool oder am Strand waren nicht sauber klebten überall wegen der Getränke. Getränke waren ausser Softdrinks wie Cola oder Fanta eine Katastrophe Cocktails ungeniessbar, Eis reine Chemie, Säfte aus Tetrapak wieder keine 5 Sterne.

Sehr gutes All Inclusive Hotel mit super Essen, super Personal und top Wasserrutschen + Poolbereiche

Die Poolanlage ist perfekt, es gibt 3 Pools + einen Bereich für die verschiedenen Wasserrutschen. Die Rutschen sind sehr gut - könnten manchen Wasserparks durchaus Konkurrenz machen - vor allem keine langen Wartezeiten. Das Essen ist fabelhaft, da gibt es nix zu meckern. Empfehlenswert sind alle Restaurants und auch das Buffet. Trotz der vielen Besucher, immer sehr gut organisiert!

Irgendwie hatten wir mit Feuchtigkeit im Zimmer zu kämpfen. Nur das hat uns etwas geärgert.
