Worst experience in a hotel

They sold my original room, downgraded me, made me pay 800 AED additional for a downgrade and then the best part is that they wanted to charge me another 38 AED for chips I never ate.

Good, could've been better!

- Great and very caring staff, room and balcony with pool was spacious - Facilities were great, a lot of variety - In room dining food, quick, efficient and delicious, very caring - Tech staff super helpful and resilient - Everything in the room was clean and smelt great

- wifi couldve been better - connection to tv difficult when using chromecast, staff was helpful - this is a party resort so if that's what you're into, you'll love it - a lot of construction happening in surrounding area so a lot of noise throughout the day and depending on your room the view could be average

Def geared up for the younger crowd

Great variety of products for breakfast, eggs/omelets made to order, nice decor and well laid out... the option to sit outside and have your breakfast in the sun was really nice.

Some of the staff were attentive, whereas there was a young female that had attitude when I reminded her that she forgot the coffee I had asked for, twice and waited quite a while. The male staff were very courteous and asked to leave a review which at that time I reneged in doing so because of the waitress. I avoided the Sunday Pool party as I was informed, I may have to pay to spend time in the pool. Which I thought was a liberty considering I was paying to stay in the hotel.

الغرفة جميلة جدا وإطلالتها على المدينة رائعة.. كانت غرفتنا في الطابق 59 والمسبح به خصوصية تامة.. الطاقم متعاون جدا والاستقبال متعاون .. زيارة موفقة وسأكررها .. الغرفة مناسبة جدا لعائلة وأطفال ولكن الفندق لايناسب الأطفال

Without rest or good sleep from the noises around the room and I suffered a lot

The rooms are very nicely decorated, the shower and bathtub are very comfortable and the room is very clean

1) From 7 o'clock in the morning they start construction work in the building next door, it is not possible to sleep 2) A lot of noise from neighbors slamming doors שמג You can hear the neighbors 3) the mini bar and restaurant expensive relation to other hotels in the area that I visited

Very noisy!

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was amazing as was the bath to relax and enjoy the views. Easy to use Netflix in the room and enjoy a film. All staff were polite, respectful and very welcoming.

The rooms are sound proofed however at 7am building work had started right outside the property. Despite being on the 18th floor it was incredibly loud, with drilling etc happening non stop. It is sad they have allowed buildings to be built so close to this beautiful building. There was often long waits to use the elevators due to their being so many guests at the hotel. The pool is right next to a building site now/new high rise which removes any privacy or relaxation as the banging is non stop.
