Amazing!

Honestly such a gorgeous stay. Kathy had thought of every little detail. Made for such a lovely relaxing weekend. Will definitely be back.

Awesome place to stay.

Very good instructions given to get key from lockbox, however host was there to greet us and ensure everything was ok anyway. What an amazing place! Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated. Many extras, including lovely supplies for breakfast - vogals toast, cereal, tinned peaches, biscuits... Couldn't have asked for better. Good supply of soap, hand lotion, shampoo & conditioner. Dish draw for dirty dishes. AND a spa pool to use to. Lovely view of the mountains. Another tip - try the coconut Margaritas at Gringas - amazing!

So lovely spending time with my sisters in such a lovely home.

We liked the lovely breakfast and snacks provided. We liked the location. We liked the use of the spa. We liked having a separate dining and kitchen area. We liked the heated towel rail in the bedroom. Kathy, you seem like such a lovely person!

Even though you said to park in front of the house and go through the glass door, we got confused as we thought that the glass door led into your place. We ended up going around the house and found where our part was. The key box was really difficult to open, must just need a bit of CRC. Also, it was difficult getting the key out of the entry door at times. Funnily enough before this we actually tried to get in your key box and the code was already on your lockbox, so someone else must have tried it too. We didn't realise that there was an open pathway along the front restricting the privacy. When we waved at people we thought it was part of your family until we kept seeing people and then realised that they were just the public. We presume that you are restricted by what you plant in front of the property but perhaps a removable or roll out screen could be put out on the courtyard when you have guests there ensuring their full privacy. There appeared to be an ant issue in the kitchen despite not leaving any food out. One of us walked straight into the closed ranch slider door at night after being in the spa. Perhaps you could have a safety strip on the door so that you can see when it is closed.

Wonderful, recommended accomodation

Kathy greeted us on arrival. Perfectly appointed accomodation. All the extras were included...we didn't want for anything. Spa pool was a bonus even though we didn't have the time to use it.

Plenty of room, great shower. Enjoyed the walkway at the back of the property that cicles the golf course and ends at the main road, wouldn’t have known aboutit if the host hadn’ttold us. Nice modern property.

Location was great and easy to find. Breakfast was great. Very comfortable with lots of lovely touches such body wash and shampoo plus beach towels. Everything you needed was there.

Kathy adds nice little extras to make your stay special. Little bottles of bubbly in the fridge, chocolates and nice continental breakfast. The outside spa was the perfect temperature, very relaxing.

Beautiful, private and comfortable cabin, with everything you need. Near to cafes and only a short distance to Waipu Cove. Pretty area and would gladly return for a visit.

Lovely little hideaway in Mangawhai Heads

Excellent bed and breakfast for a short stay. It was very clean, well presented and welcoming. We arrived in the dark, the lights were on and the key was easy to find. The place is warm and comfortable and comes with everything you need. We would stay again.
