L’appartement est super très bien équipé et très propre . Il est bien situé pour les bus et le métro et le personnel disponible et simpatique.

The location was good

No elevator. Not air conditioning. Not sure if the blankets, and the towels were clean. Lots of dust on them. My son got pimples all over his body. 2 people slept on a very bad sofa and for another we had to use an air mattress. This apartment was not for 5 people.

A wonderful clean, cosy and convenient apartment.

A wonderful clean and cosy flat only a few minutes away from Farringdon station which is on the new Elizabeth line. Everything was perfect inside the apartment. No issues at all which is very rare. They have clearly paid attention to detail and are keen to please their guests. It was very easy to follow the instructions and collect the keys. Communication was excellent. Thank you ever so much!

Superb

The apartement was exactly like the shown pictures. We loved the fully equipped kitchen. A very nice surprise was a special heated drying rack which was useful in the rainy weather.

Very poor condition, no care taken to maintain the property. Terrible value for money.

Extremely poor value. The property is in very poor condition, the carpet is filthy, there are no towel racks, the shower was rusted, fill of limescale with dirty tiles, there was a large electric drying rack left in the middle of the kitchen space which the owners refused to remove, the lamp in the bedroom did not work, there is an odd smell throughout the building. And so on. We also had to pay a £250 deposit before they would give us the keys, which is laughable given the state of the property. The owners offered to let us leave and offered a refund but on a short stay like ours, that was not an option. in 40 years of travel, this was one of the worst. Never again.

The location

This owner deliberately removed the heat controls so that the radiators could not used in the middle of an incredibly cold January. The apartment had clearly not been cleaned with various didn’t people’s hair scattered around the floor and in the shower. The blinds are all broken cheap and very old with slats held together by sellotape. The shower was badly clogged and the bathroom window broken. I had to chase for my deposit return almost two weeks after checking out.

they told me at the last minute that I needed to give a £250 deposit otherwise would not give check in details. they also told me last minute that I needed to take all rubbish and would charge me additional money for not doing that. they should also also hoovered in the bedroom as it had visibly someone’s hair all over it

An extremely comfortable, convenient stay in a great part of town

Inaam was thoroughly accomodating and the check-in/check-out process was fairly simple. I loved the sofa bed—it was comfortable for not just sleeping but also for lounging. Having the washer/dryer in-unit was convenient and the location was central to multiple public transportation stops as well as walking distance to landmarks.

The shower ran out of hot water quite quickly. We had three people staying and the third person could expect to run out halfway through if we didn't space out the showers throughout the day.

Good Value of money. Overall experience was good. Please read it though. I will stay there again.

A spotless flat in a desirable location. Excellent kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry, and bedroom, among other things. Easy to check in and out. You can pick up apartment keys from a local 24-hour convenience store. The closest train station is close by and may be reached on foot. I got fantastic value for my money because alternative accommodations (all hotels) were nearly twice as expensive. Owner "Imaan" was accommodating and only a phone call or text message away. I got my entire deductible refunded, plus the owner also compensated me XX for the trouble the lack of an air conditioner caused. Any of our requests, such as the need for additional fans, were met.

No elevators; the Apartment unit is on the fourth or fifth floor. There is no AC, and the summers may be rather hot. Need to keep the windows slightly open to let the air circulate, but doing so results in bearable traffic noise pollution and occasional nighttime emergency siren noise. We were provided with fans.

Outstanding weekend away

The owner was very helpful from start to finish, and made the whole stay a breeze, self checking in with the keys was so easy, The owner was only a phone call away and made me feel at ease before the trip so that we were all prepared. Location is literally a dream and we got all over london with no hassle back to our lovely apartment each day with minimal travel. The apartment itself was luxurious and super clean, all guests were very comfortable and we checked out extremely content and will 100% be returning here on our next trip to London! 10/10 recommendation!

Amazing stay!

Loved everything about the property: super cosy and comfy, was very clean and had great facilities. Also loved the private garden which was attached to the property. The property is in a great location, literally a 2 minute walk to the British museum and a 10 minute walk to the popular Leicester Square! The owner was super friendly and helpful and responded immediately to any queries. Will definitely be staying at this property again, overall great location and great place to stay! - super happy! 10/10

Superb place to say

Liked everything about this property; the location was unrivalled, just a stone’s throw from the British Museum, the apartment was clean and cosy, and even had a private patio. Staff were extremely attentive and responded almost immediately to queries.

Good

The location was amazing, it was an 8-minute walk from Foyles the famous bookshop. The British Museum is also nearby. I had an incident with my room card, where I wasn't able to open the door and got locked outside for some time, but the host arrived immediately and did whatever it took to help me unlock the door.

The bathroom was shared, which was not mentioned in the description in the first place. Also, the room card mechanism doesn't always work as I got locked outside the room even though I had the card with me.
