Do not recommend anyone, especially for long stay

the view was nice

the bed was extremely uncomfortable, there was only main mattresse and no top-mattresse-you sleep just on the springs and when we asked after top-mattresse then the answer was- you will not get it probably and of course we did not(small thing to do for owners but makes big difference for guest). In the morning started the rooster crow 3.20 then paused and started again 4.20 and going hours in row(we stayed in building P with view to the pool)

Not the best choice

The apartment is enough spacious and quiet. Powerfull aircondition, smart TV. Check-ia and check-out are smooth. Condo is located in the small street. 2,5 km to walk to Nai Harn beach. Minimarket 7eleven is 5 min walk, fruit are sold in front of the building.

The are signs of wear and rust in the bathroom and at the balkony. There are too many chemicals in the pool water, it is simply impossible to use it for this reason!

Besides the bed I found everything else to be of a very high standard and won’t hesitate to go again

well equipped and very clean

Bed was rock hard and no English tv channel besides the news. During the monsoon season a bit of tv would have been nice

Great location, clean and tidy , will stay again

Peferect location, close to beach, 7/11 and restaurants. Walking distance or a quick bike ride to everything. Room is tidy and big enough, pools are good, overall very happy

Everything was good, the gym could have done with a facelift and some new equipment but that isn’t the apartment owners fault.

Generally very comfortable and convenient stay.

Good location and facilities on the condo complex. The apartment was clean with all the basic amenities. The internet had great speed and ping. The host, Sergey, was always quick to respond and very helpful.

Only downside was that the tap water smelled quite bad and rusty for about a week during our stay, but I don't think it was the apartment, rather the problem for then whole complex. They fixed it over time, but wasn't same as before. Except for that everything was lovely.

I recommend this apartment. The host is very kind and helpful. The apartment was renovated and well equipped. Nearest beach is about 30 minutes by walk.
