Like going to stay with family

Hostess was absolutely lovely extremely accomplished, helped me with a few things likes a good chat and make you feel at home but equally gives you all the space you need great with baby 5star lady my accommodation was comfortable and gave me what I needed for 2 nights location everything is not to far of a drive 20 min to Poole park and town 5 min to shops and restaurants also splashdown overla last minute great stay cannot praise Jane enough see you soon Jane 🤩☺️

Very upsetting no sleep dreadful place smelt dangerous all been previously said

There was no breakfast.all been previously explained this was the worst place I have stayed in & I'm 74!! PLEASE REFER TO PREVIOUS COMMENTS.THIS PROPERTY SHOULD NOT BE ADVERTISED ON ANY SITE.BOOKING .COM NEED TO VISIT THEN ,I''m sure they will give me a full refund, take Jean fear off its books & avoid court & further bad publicity which will follow without doubt if matter not sorted.

EVERYTHING & NOTHING SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO ADVERTISE SUCH SHOCKING CONDITIONS

Our stay in a warm and cosy household

A very warm and familiar atmosphere. As a traveller from another country it was nice to gather impressions of a lokal household.

The two-person bed was literally too soft and my mother did not sleep so well.

Jane was a great host

It was a home from home and there's a lovely dog who is very friendly and likes people . I had full use of the house and garden. I must not forget the cat who says hello when she does come in lol .The house is in a lovely estate away from the holiday places . I definitely would go again without hesitation

We liked that we felt comfortable and welcomed even before stepping into the property. It was cozy, a proper home feel to it, and Jane is just amazing!

There isn’t actually anything I can write here! can’t fault it!

Poor accommodation that is mis-described

TV didn’t work. Radio didn’t work. Bedding had marks on duvet ‘Room’ is lounge split in half. Light switch for ‘room’ occupied was in the other ‘room’ Toilet seat contained cracks. Shower was grubby and mould-ridden. Breakfast is just cereal and toast.

Trouble free place to stay

The owner is super friendly, the dog too. I felt very "welcome" during my stay. I had room to work on my laptop when I needed to and I experienced no problems. There is nothing I can think of that earns a complaint...which is perhaps the best thing :)) (I didn't need to use WiFi so I have no clue if it meets good standards)

I imagine the room could feel a little cramped for two people plus bags, but i was not affected negatively

Everything. I felt welcomed before I'd even got there. Beautiful, clean, friendly, welcoming home. Everything there you need. Quiet, nice location, close to Amenities. I will definitely be staying again. Jane's a lovely lady, very kind and caring. You're doing a fab job Jane!!! Thankyou for looking after me, whilst staying with you. X

Breakfast was arranged to meet individual's needs. Staff very friendly, approachable and hospitable. It is HOME AWAY FROM HOME.

It’s like staying with a old family friend

I’m not sure but I think this is the only B & B in Poole offering unicorn breakfast spread on your toast ! Speaking as a 27 year old man travelling for work I wasn’t expecting to find such delights for breakfast but seriously having asked around my work colleagues where they had stayed. I can honestly say next time I’m in Poole this will be my first choice as it’s so clean, welcoming and a joy to stay at
