Beautifully decorated oceanfront home with 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and private beach access in North Topsail Beach on Topsail Island, NC.

Relax and enjoy the ocean views from nearly every room, or experience the delightful sounds and feel the sea breeze from the two large ocean-facing decks. The decks are equipped Adirondack chairs for your comfort while you watch the sunrise or relax in the afternoon. In the evening, be sure to catch the sunset over the intercoastal waterway from the guest bedroom views.

When you're ready to hit the beach, you'll find it right outside the front door. Simply cross the deck and head down the steps past the dune to discover beautiful Topsail Beach waiting for you.

At the end of the day, relax in the large living room with an ocean view, vaulted ceiling, comfy couches, and a 50 inch flat screen with DVD and cable TV. If you feel like eating in, the well equipped kitchen will fit your cooking needs, and there is ample room at the dining table with seating for eight. The open floor plan allows your group to spread out while still being together for evening conversation.

When it's time to get some rest, the four bedroom floor plan give your group plenty of space to spread out. The first floor bedroom features a queen bed, small office area with a desk, and TV. The main floor bathroom and shower with hair dryer is just down the hall.

On the second floor, the Master bedroom with king bed overlooks the ocean and features its own private deck. Two additional second floor bedrooms (one with a Kind bed and one with a queen bed) also have water views. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV and DVD player. A bathroom with tub, shower, and hair dryer is also on this floor.

Other features of this home include an XL capacity washer/dryer, covered garage/entry, high-speed Internet, WiFi, and outdoor shower for hosing off the sand before entering.

You will find our newly remodeled home clean and well maintained. We thoroughly inspect the property after every tenant to make sure our home is ready for future guests.

This is a highly rated property with many repeat renters. You won't be disappointed.

The property is in a great location and has potential to be a wonderful vacation spot. The problem is it appears no one is taking care of the property and only the bear minimum is being done. We as a family found numerous cleaning and maintenance issue but two simple examples are: -The bedding on all of the beds had multiple very visible stains (one of the comforters appears to have multiple "sex" stains) which shows that no inspection of the bedding was performed -There were multiple rooms that required a replacement light bulb. One room means the light went out but we counted as least 4 rooms so clearly this property is not getting a quality inspection between customers. I can go on but I will not gross you out. We cleaned for the first couple of hours we got there and went to Roses and bought blankets and pillow covers and made the best of the rest of our vacation.

The North Topsail location of this duplex was nice, and being oceanfront is great! The check in process was old school and clunky. It would have been much better if there was electronic lock access like most short term rentals instead of having to go the office to collect keys and paperwork. The place was also not cleaned well before our stay. Overall, the place worked for us despite Tropical Storm Debby being there with us all week!

The house was everything we hoped for and then some. The views and sounds of the ocean were amazing from the house. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and we slept amazing. The location was perfect for taking quick trips to Surf City. There are a few local restaurants nearby that made dining out easy. Even though we saw complaints about the checkin process, we found it to be very easy. We arrived later than we expected and we had no issues with picking up our keys. They even contacted us before we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend for a perfect vacation getaway.

My family and I loved the beach house we booked! It was the perfect beachfront for my nephew. However, the floors in the house were quite sandy upon arrival. We also discovered a few dirty cooking pans from a previous renter. The dryer made a very high pitched noise when running, which was quite painful. Owners should definitely take a look at that. But overall, we had a wonderful time, and the positives outweighed the negatives!

Great location for our family of 6. Property had everything we needed except a crib or pack n play, even a high chair. The home is beautifully decorated. It was clean but not overly clean as I found trash and sand under the bed. The sand is pretty much expected though. Communication was not the best before the trip as we could not get an answer about a grill, sand toys, or crib at the premesis. Check in and out was pretty easy but a key code instead of separate location to pick up keys would have been easier. Outside hose had a leak and could have been longer. Check out directions were posted in the house but some things differed from the directions in the packet from rental company. Overall it was nice here and no regrets. Great place to stay as nowhere would be perfect. The beach is awesome here!

This house was great. Open, airy, beds were good. Downstairs bedroom must be soundproofed as baby slept there and couldn’t hear any of noise from nearby living room. Need to invest in some new couches. They’re kind of breaking down. Stairs to upstairs bedroom are really steep. Seaside reality was a nightmare to check in and out. Sent numerous emails with the same info every time none of which specified which location to check in or mentioned checking in at lockbox or getting a text with the code to the box. You also have to use same code to put keys in Lockbox on checkout but they failed to mention that either.

The vrbo pictures/description ead me to believe that he master bedroom had a master bath, which it did not. Also the pictures made the kitchen to be much lather than what it was. We were traveling for a family wedding so luckily we weren't confined to the house

This is a charming home on the water. We loved the location. There was quite a bit of dust on the fans and some lights were out, but the property manager was quick to respond and stated they would fix those items quickly. The check in process is ok but a little off in that you have to go to a location first to pick up everything to get into the house. And upon checkout you have to drop off the packet of keys and info again. Overall would stay again though. Thanks!

We had an amazing stay!! The deck overlooking the beach was perfect!! Very short walk off the deck, surrounded by other homes so not hotels/condos along the beach. The house had everything we needed and restaurants and stores were close by.
