To heat the pool I passed along my gas cost at $20 per hour. The heater will raise pool temperature 1-2 degrees an hour, that will depend on outside temperature and keeping it covered when not in use. That is my current gas cost, and it changes with natural gas prices. Most spend $100-$150 a day in the colder months to keep it at 80 degrees. Hot tub is electric and heating costs are included in the price of the stay.

Keith, this place was amazing. Perfect place for our anniversary celebration with family and friends. Lots of compliments from everyone on the property. His communication was great. More than enough stuff around for the kids to do all weekend. The property was well maintained.

I would recommend this VRBO to anyone that wants to do a large group outing in the Pheonix area. It was large enough that all 10 of us were able to sleep in our own beds and still had plenty more options.
The host was generous and very accommodating.
For a bachelor party we had something to keep us occupied at all time while we were at the house!
I hope to stay here again one day!

Really enjoyed our family stay here! Plenty of room and fully equipped with absolutely everything you'll even think to need. The game room was awesome and the pool was perfect for the summer heat. Kids had a blast with all the amenities available. More than enough seating and spaces available to accomodate our large family. Keith was super responsive and flexible with our check in time. Definitely left everyone excited for another opportunity to utilize this space again. Also love that there are so many refrigerators and ice machine!

Keith was a great host. Quick to respond, accommodating to requests, and professional. The house was a great spot for 20+ person bachelor trip. Conveniently located to golf courses in the area and a quick trip to Old Town. The pool, basketball court, game room, and putting green made it easy to hang out at the house and not have a reason to leave.

Stayed at this great location for a bachelor party. Keith was very accommodating with our booking months before and provided great communication during our stay. The property is fantastic and had so many fun things to do to. Lots of places to sleep and multiple fridges to store your drinks. We had a great time and would definitely recommend for other large parties of people.

I had my bachelor party here with 18 friends and the property had everything for all of us and more. There was plenty of yard games to play, plenty of beds to sleep everyone comfortably, and the location was great, close enough to just about everything. Keith, the house manager, was amazing and handled all our questions quickly and had the house and pool in great condition. Highly highly recommended if you are staying in Scottsdale!

From the youngest to the oldest, we all loved our stay. The house and outdoor area were great and had something for everyone to do! The pool was the biggest hit! Keith was so good to work with. We really appreciated him. It was a great time!

Incredible place, too many things to do on the property with all the games and activities laid out. Groups of 25-30 should have no worries whatsoever on whether or not they’ll fit. Keith was super accommodating, made this process 10x easier.

Stayed here for 4 nights and it was everything you could ask for. Had 25 people and it fit everyone comfortable. So many activities to do you really never have to leave. Keith was also so accommodating and took care of every need I asked for. I would absolutely stay there again

Great house with tons of things to do on a huge property. owner was the best communicator of any VRBO property I've ever stayed at and it's been a lot. Only negative was the cost to heat the pool was steep.

Keith was truly the most wonderful host. My very large family needed a place to stay due to the sudden and tragic loss of a dear relative. Keith not only allowed us all to stay, he made sure that all of our needs were met. Thank you. Despite the sad circumstances, we were able to feel at home on his amazing property and most enjoyed his wonderful game room. We even talked about staying again some day. We are indebted to Keith. ❤️

Our group had 16 guys in town for a golf tournament, and this house was absolutely perfect. Close to courses, and an easy Uber to Scottsdale bars. You don’t actually have to leave though because this property is huge. Everyone slept comfortably and only a few had to double up on long beds which was super easy. The backyard area is something you have to see to believe. So many games and stuff to do. Would absolutely stay again, and definitely recommend for large groups.

Beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood with every amenity imaginable. Had a bachelor trip and our crew had a blast hanging out here. Easy drive/Uber to local attractions, but a place you won’t want to leave. Keith is a true professional and made it the best experience for us.

We came to Scottsdale for a long weekend to celebrate my sister’s bachelorette party. This place was the perfect house for 16 of us. It had plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably and everything we needed - towels, sheets, etc. There are TONS of activities to do and the pool was amazing. Keith was extremely responsive and accommodating, even letting us check in way early and check out late. He answered any question I had within just a few minutes. There are extra of almost everything left behind by other renters (coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, condiments) that is not mentioned on the listing so no need to buy any of that for your trip.

Keith was super communicative throughout the days leading up to our stay, helping with recommendations, ideas, and stocking up the place for our long holiday weekend.
When we got to the property, it was even better than we had hoped for. The pool, hot tub, and open area for games was ideal for our group of guys. The arcade and game room had everything you could have asked for.
