Zentrale Lage, Wohnung völlig okay, Informationen dürftig

Sehr sauber und zentrale Lage. Allerdings muss man wissen, dass man am Rand des kritischen Bahnhofsviertels wohnt. Für unsere Zwecke war die Lage perfekt. Hand- und Badetücher sowie ein guter Fön sind vorhanden.

Der Verdunklungsrolladen direkt neben dem Bett war nicht vorhanden. Dadurch, dass nirgends zu erkennen ist, dass es Hand- und Badetücher gibt, konnten wir das Fenster mit den eigen mitgebrachten Badetüchern abhängen. Mir wäre es allerdings lieber gewesen, vorher zu wissen, dass ich die Badetücher nicht mitschleppen muss. Diese Auskunft konnte mir nicht mal die Hotline geben. Zudem finde ich 4 Gabeln etcimmer ein bisschen knapp bemessen. Damit brauche ich dann auch keine Spülmaschine.

Soggiorno a Francoforte

La posizione, vicino alla stazione centrale e alle principali attrazioni. La stanza pulita e funzionale.

Il giorno della partenza non è stato possibile lasciare i bagagli nella struttura in quanto non tutti i giorni è presente lo staff.

Super! Modern, alles da was man braucht, sauber. Sehr nettes Personal.

Wir waren am Wochenende da. Es gibt vor Ort keinen Ansprechpartner, alles funktioniert digital. Wir hatten zweimal Probleme mit den Schlüsselkarten, dabei wurde uns aber beide Male mit Geduld freundlich geholfen und sinnvolle Lösungen gefunden. Danke nochmal an Marco!

nice and well-equipped place

The place was clean and the staff were really nice. The apartment is also really well-equipped and can't complain about the location.

We stayed in July so the temperature in the room was a bit high, also it was noisy outside when opening the windows.

Not ideal.

Once we upgraded to the larger room, we appreciated the closet space and the cross-breeze from the front and back windows. The staff are very pleasant.

Literally everything else. The location is dangerous (I was assaulted twice); our first room was small and stuffy and had black mold; the cleaning staff doesn’t do floors and shows up randomly and then gets mad if you need them to wait a little while to clean; bike storage is loaded with cockroaches. We tried to leave, but because it was non-refundable through booking.com, our only option was to pay extra for a larger room.

Unfriendly and unwelcoming. We moved to a different hotel the next morning.

The room was a good size and was clean. Easy walking distance to most sights.

The check-in experience was awful. The property looks like an abandoned building from the front and as we arrived on a train earlier than expected, my 6 & 9 year old and I (and our luggage) waited outside in the drizzling rain til the electronic key finally worked at 3.00. There was no signage inside that there was a lift, so we hauled our suitcase up 3 flights of stairs (only to find there was a lift after all - just in an unsigned, unlit side room behind a heavy door at ground level). The hallways and stairs were in darkness unless we moved. It was creepy. In the whole time we were there, a slamming door sound was the only other sign the building had any other inhabitants. Otherwise it felt like being alone in an abandoned building with no people around. 2 windows had nothing but net curtains so the bright street lights lit up the room all night. Even with the windows shut, the traffic noise was considerable. The aircon didn't work - we had it set on low and tried with low / med/ high fan speed - but it was stuffy and hot (and opening the windows wasn't an option overnight if we hoped to have any sleep). The bathroom lights flickered on and off. This was our first time visiting Frankfurt and we were looking forward to "#Staying with Friends" who might make us feel welcome and give us some tips for sightseeing. Instead we got a faceless building with no people, fully automated machines (and poor signage which meant a LOT of work lugging a suitcase up to the 3rd floor) and dark hallways. I would have appreciated a human to welcome us and give us tips on the sights of Frankfurt. No-one answered on the phone number, nor did anyone respond to email. In a whole month of travelling around Europe, this was by far the most depressing (or rather, only depressing) stay we encountered.

I recommend for a short stay for people who needs to get registered

- close to the city center - very kind staff

I had 3 A/C units bellow my window (room 107) they made a lot of noise specially at night and even with the windows closed. If it was the summer and I had to open the windows it was going to be unbearable

Very good

The flat is very well located, easy access to transportation (buses, trains, subways) and walking distance to touristic points, restaurants, supermarkets. Very hectic region! The layout of the flat is very good, it is roomy, illuminated and cozy. Bathroom is spacious and kitchen convenient.

Some details in terms of maintenance (the remote control was not working, the shower would not fix at the right height, curtains with broken pullers ,burned light bulbs and although cleanness seemed ok at a first glimpse ,under the bed, inside the wardrobes , it was not quite so! Cleaning services only once a week is not enough in my opinion. Toilet paper only for the first days: this seems a very mean attitude.

Christmas in Frankfurt

The apartment was beautifully decorated and facilities were great. Bed was comfortable and the entire apartment was extremely clean. Kitchen had everything that you would need. Above all, our host, Andreas, was on the premises and assisted us with check-in since we did not have a phone. An extremely kind and cheerful man, he walked us through the check-in process. I will always appreciate his kindness and generosity as he gave us a small Christmas tree to celebrate our Holidays! What a Joy! Wonderful time in Frankfurt...

Comfortable rooms in a good location

The room is small but very efficiently arranged so you have everything you need and it has a nice big bathroom. The staff at the reception was very kind and helpful. The location is perfect in the centre of Frankfurt. It is in the better part of Bahnhofsviertel, far enough from the train station and close to the city centre.

The elevator was broken for the last few days of our stay. This was rather uncomfortable being on the fourth floor.

For this money one can expect more. Well-located but noisy place, definitely not for a hot summer!

The hotel is located in the city center, very close to Zeil, museums, shops, Main river. It can be easily reached by public transport (U-Bahn and tram). The cooking facilities are quite good, which is indeed very important for the apart-type hotel. We were able to cook ourselves instead of eating in restaurants. Washing is free, and you can use also the dryer. Managers are very friendly and polite. Internet connection is fast (when it works).

First, there is really NO air conditioning, and during the summer the temperature in the room increased to an absolutely unacceptable level. Moreover, we had to keep the windows closed during the night because of the horrible noise from outside. It means every night choice between 'headache because of lack of air' and 'headache because of noise'. Then, the cleaning team is out of control (manager's own words), they come without notice and clean... I cannot call it 'good'. Yes, the floor is clean, but not the bathroom or the kitchen sink, and no free toiletries (only some small amount in the beginning). The floor in the washing room is very dirty, so if you dropped your just-washed clothing, wash it again! In the bathroom, there are no hooks or shelves next to the shower to place your sponge or shower gel. We had no Internet connection for 2 days and had to pay for the LTE.

I liked the stay

Coffee machine, great location to take a tram, go the city center and station, kitchen. Contactless check in, key in the phone - really comfortable. Good isolation

Coffee wasnt refilled, narrow bed for a couple, the heater in WC was dusty and other places were with spiderweb (seen from the lamps). Small sink. Small cutboard. TV channels dont work properly.

Great place to stay at in Frankfurt

Great location, walking distance to the main train station and to lots of attractions. The independent check-in and secure access to the rooms made me feel safe and comfortable. The place was super comfortable and spacious. The hosts were very accomodating! They were extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist. I forgot a clothing item when checking out and the hosts were kind enough to have it shipped to me in another country!

The only issue we had was caused by the heat. The apartments don't have air conditioning, so it's a bit tough during hot summer days. I recommend either visiting when it's cooler or asking the host to keep the windows open during the day before you check in. We found the windows open at 12 am when we checked in and it was already quite hot inside.

On the whole a Wonderful couple of days,

it was modern and clean, had everything we needed and family good location.

The air conditioning could have been a little cooler as it’s a small room and was very stuffy / hot, to open the windows you would have to put up with the street noise and traffic. Also there were no free English channels on the TV .

Andreas was a perfect host. Simple as that.

Sometimes a little bit noisy and improvement could be done regarding cleanliness.
