The Resort is shared between a hotel and private units like ours. Perfect size room, location and amenities for our family of 4. Although w did not use, the room has a nice kitchenette that would be helpful for a longer stay in Vegas. Thank you for hosting us!

The MGM property towers ok. however the room condition was horrible. The bed was old and the mattress was not comfortable we couldn’t sleep all night. The carpet was dirty the AC was not working the room was very hot. We had check-in at 4pm and leave at 11am that’s not even one day. Never going back there again.

The location was great as well as the host and hotel facilities. Most hotels in Vegas make you walk thru a smoky casino to checkin. The checkin at MGM Signature was clean and smoke free. If you want to gamble, the casino is a short walk away. The fitness facilities were excellent and clean. The pools were a little crowded but this was expected given that it was 95 outside. We loved this unit and host and will definitely be back!

The room was not clean blankets had stain on them. The walls had stains on them. They use a third part maid service so if you need somethong theh charge you.

Really enjoyed my stay here. I got a great view over looking the pool and some of the other high rise hotels. Great location , esspecially if your going to a concert at MGM. Short walk to MGM and Aria were I spent most of my time.

This was my first experience with using Vrbo. My teenaged daughter and I went to Vegas on a Spring break trip. We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was to be removed from the craziness of the Strip. It wasn’t overly crowded. We were able to use the pool everyday with no problems. The only real issue we had was that the room smelled like smoke when we got there(which Fabreeze fixed). Overall, we enjoyed staying here and would consider staying here again on our next trip.

If you’re looking to stay in Las Vegas at a non Casino Hotel property, the MGM signature is a great option. We booked two units and both were great. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and were extremely accommodating during the current pandemic.

Love the Signature, stay there every year. This was first time to book through VRBO. The experience was great but had no housekeeping our entire stay. Called front desk/housekeeping and was told to call ‘Maid for a day’ to get fresh towels-called twice, left 2 messages, leaving today after a 4 night stay and still haven’t heard from them. Will definitely stay at the MGM Signature again, not sure about booking through a third party again 🤔
