Enjoy your stay in our one bedroom deluxe suite on the 32nd floor (Tower 1) overlooking the pool. Located in the heart of Las Vegas just walking distance from New York New York, the Pink Flamingo and Margaritaville. Also right next to Top Golf for some adult or family fun. This suite includes a king bed, queen sized pull out couch, flat screen TV, kitchenette, and a huge bathroom with walk-in shower and jet tub.
NOTE: This unit does NOT have a balcony.

Take advantage of the FREE valet parking, private guest check-in, FREE WiFi, Starbucks on the main floor, workout gym and pool! The pool is 21 and over in Tower 1 and there is a kid friendly pool just a short distance in Tower 2.

Can’t say enough great things about the host Shari and her rental. The place is on the Penthouse floor and looks over the MGM pools. We were able to get in a mix of the Vegas pools while also relaxing in the MGM Signature pools that were much more private and relaxing. The suite was kept up nicely with good amenities. Wish we could have stayed longer. Shari was very responsive and accommodating, particularly with having to adjust our plans last minute. Thank you Shari for sharing your suite with us!

Great room, we were kind of bummed Tower 1 pool was closed as tower 2 and 3 are shaded in the morning. Not a big deal as we walked to MGM grand and used a pool there.

The room was spacious and comfortable and best of all - completely smoke-free! The location was perfect for walking to a concert at the MGM Grand Garden Arena. I really liked the security measures like the gated entrance, having to scan your room key to use the elevator, and I even saw a security guard patrolling my floor the morning I checked out. As a single traveler I felt quite safe. Shari was very kind and responsive as well. An issue I had was that the room was pool-facing and I didn't know that Zedd was performing like an 8 hour show at Wet Republic so I had to listen to that for all of Saturday...it was incredibly loud. I do recommend this property and I would definitely stay here again, especially if I was seeing a show nearby, but next time I would make sure to check the schedule for shows at the pool.

This is a lovely property to stay at while visiting Las Vegas. It met all our needs with access to the MGM and surrounding area. The hosts were accommodating on a late check out since our flight left later in the afternoon. Couldn’t ask for better service. I’d definitely recommend and if I have a need to visit again I will definitely book here again.

VRBO makes the check in more difficult that it needs to be by splitting payments up. I would rather just pay once and be done.

The Signature Tower is impressive and a great perk is the free valet service. The residence is perfect: the pictures do not do it justice! Shari was quick to reply to my inquiries and very cooperative with my requests. I will definitely stay here the next time I'm in Vegas.

Love staying at the Signature Suites, and VRBO is the way to go! Perfect proximity to Allegiant Stadium. Suite has all that you need. And our host Shari was fantastic. We are very appreciative. Vegas is our go to twice a year. Next trip we will definitely do the same. Thank YOU!

I had a little problem at the check-in. The owner typed in the wrong date, but it was handled pretty quickly and very professionally through verbal and the people at the hotel at the front desk.

My wife and I stayed here for our weekend trip to Vegas. We had a great stay and enjoyed the space. It was exactly as described in the listing, and the owner was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. We would gladly stay here again.

Great location, walking distance to everything the strip has to offer. Loved having water in the room, plus a coffee maker and other amenities. Great view of the mountains and pool area. Elevators were never busy.

This property is perfect for easy access to all things Vegas! Didnt realize it was a PH until we arrived so that was a pleasant surprise! Pretty much everything you want to see is within walking distance! Shari, the host was unbelievable! She was flexible with us as we had an early morning flight so she accommodated us with a late check out! My first trip to Vegas couldn't have been better!

This was close to the airport, the strip, the future f1 trac & so much more! Great view of mgm pools & airport to watch planes land & take off! Shari was even very accommodating with a late check out - definitely recommend staying here.

Great location, pool visible from window a plus! Great coffee selection! Price very reasonable. Lack of enough towels ( only 3 thin ones provided for a 5 day stay) found a pair of socks that did not belong to us under bed, and two days water temperature was lukewarm.

The signature is always a good choice because its well situated. The check in process is always easy and you're not too far from anything on the strip. The best part of this stay however was the host. She was the most attentive I've ever experienced. You're in good hands with her.

Great location. Easy to get Lyft and Uber. Clean property. Monorail great to have to other properties. Covered walkways to other MGM properties with moving sidewalks make getting around faster.
