Welcome to perfection! This ground floor seaside retreat offers beautiful ocean views and tons of natural sunlight in every room! Located directly on the shores of Amelia Island, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath Amelia Surf and Racquet Club Villa features two private covered patios and has everything needed to relax and enjoy a beach getaway!
The peaceful colors used throughout invite visitors to begin to unwind while taking in the natural beauty of the shoreline all while relaxing in this comfortably furnished villa! The living area features a queen sleeper sofa, two swivel gliders and a flat screen smart TV. Two sets of sliding glass doors lead to the two separate private covered patios: one with Adirondack chairs, the other with a table and four chairs for al fresco dining or a fun card game!
The sunny kitchen is newly renovated with beautiful white cabinetry and granite countertops. It is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a home cooked meal. Full sized stacked washer and dryer are tucked neatly in the kitchen for added convenience. The dining area is just beyond the kitchen and provides seating for four at the glass topped table.
The luxurious master suite is beautifully appointed in coastal hues and is complete with a gorgeous king bed, nightstands, a dresser, a flat screen smart TV and more magnificent ocean views! Imagine starting the day on the private patio with a cup of coffee and the sounds of the waves crashing on the beach! The attached full bath features a combination bathtub/shower and lovely granite countertops.
The second bedroom is on the opposite side of the living area and is complete with one queen bed and one twin bed, nightstands and matching dresser. Unique to this floor plan, this bedroom also features gorgeous ocean views with its own private covered patio. The second bathroom offers a combination bathtub/shower and granite countertops.
Aside from the close proximity to the beach, Amelia Surf and Racquet Club has two beautiful pools, 4 Har-Tru surfaced tennis courts as well as an outdoor grilling and picnic area. Whether you're relaxing on the beach, taking a refreshing swim in the pool, taking advantage of the courts, or just enjoying the view from either of the patios this luxurious condo is the place for you!

This condo was very clean upon arrival, had a great starter pack of necessities and even had beach towels and beach gear for use. Property manager actually called to make sure everything was going good and asked could they do anything to make our stay better, wonderful customer service. We will be back, everything was perfect.

The property manager was easy to get in touch with, even checking in on us throughout the stay. We loved the property and the quietness it brought, even during a busy week. This oceanfront condo is a perfect location for a quiet Amelia Island stay. The condo is away from the downtown hustle bustle but close to restaurants, stores and golf (with tennis on-site) and an easy drive to downtown. The best part is the quiet beach out the front door.

We absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful beach front condo! The decor is spot on and cozy and comfortable. The ocean views were amazing from every room. We loved the 2 balconies for morning coffee and evening wine listening to the waves. The location of the place is perfect to get to the beach but cozy and quiet. We loved watching the turtles and bunnies. It was the perfect place for our special celebration and we hope to visit again.

We love this condo. So nice to be on the bottom floor with easy access for the kids to play on the grass or in the pool. We loved getting to see the bunnies and turtles! We even had a turtle come visit us on the patio one afternoon!

The condo is exactly as it appears in the pictures but the outside pics don’t give the space justice. There is a nice green lawn area with beautiful scenery and wildlife. The kids enjoyed the space to play catch and run around. Access to both pools is just yards away along with the boardwalk to the beach.

Hands down the best condo for my family. Being on the first floor put us right at the pool and boardwalk to the beach. The condo was clean, updated and decorated nicely. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We will be back next year!

Condo was very well maintained. Great for myself, my husband and two teenage boys. The setup gave the kids privacy (and their own bathroom) and also gave my husband and I privacy too. Perfect location right next to the pool and walkway to beach. Great walkout patios to relax and watch the sunset. Property manager/owner was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this fabulous condo. Located on the first floor, the beach and pool are just steps away, as is a grassy area that was perfect for our young kids to run around on. The unit itself was clean, well-equipped, and perfect for our family of four. Communications with the property manager were clear and prompt. Highly recommend this great spot!

This condo has it all; perfect place to celebrate our 45th Anniversary. A choice of 2 patios (1 with table and chairs) to kick back and enjoy your coffee while watching the sun rise or listen to the ocean while reading. The condo is beautifully decorated and quite comfortable. Location is just several steps away from boardwalk leading down to beach. The views from the condo are absolutely stunning. King bed in master bedroom is very comfortable. Amy is very easy to work with, responding quickly to questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Property and surroundings are beautiful - the trees form canopies over the road,; green, grounds are very well kept. Only problem had to do with a rather complicated access system .There is a gate that must go up so one can drive onto the grounds. Most people have a key or code system. This condo starts by access with one’s phone. Fortunately, There is an emergency button which is the salvation

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo. It is well-maintained and exactly as it was depicted in the listing. We have been to the surf and racquet several times before. Our property contact (Amy Murphy ) was extremely helpful and very responsive to to me when I contacted her with an issue about the general complex. I would definitely stay at this unit in the future.

Cannot say enough good things about this unit. My husband and I stayed for a week with our two children (ages 4 and 1). We chose a first-floor unit because we didn't want to navigate stairs/elevators, and we assumed we might sacrifice some of the views/privacy that a higher floor might offer. But that was not the case at all!! This unit is *perfectly* situated — very private, a direct view of the ocean, with essentially our own backyard for the kids to run around in. The pool is literally 20 steps away, but it's situated off to the side so it doesn't block your view, noise isn't an issue, etc. And you're about 10 steps from the walkway down to the beach.
Aside from the location — the unit itself is great. The kitchen is very small (like most of the units at the Surf & Racquet Club), but we still had everything we needed to cook meals. Having the washer/dryer right there is also great with two kids. The master bed was unbelievably comfortable. All of the units are a little older, so some of the fixtures (e.g. bath/shower) are a bit dated — but again, everything work perfectly.
Communication with the owners was very prompt — they really went above and beyond. (In the chaos of packing up and getting everyone out the door as we were leaving for the week, I left a drawer of clothes behind. I contacted Amy and she immediately coordinated to have them sent back to me.)
We're so happy we've finally found a place we can come back to again and again! Already planning our next trip.
