-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.

Just the right size for our family of 5. Absolutely love that there's a washer and dryer unit in the condo itself. Had the essentials needed in order to cook home meals, etc. Four stars for property cleanness because we found a few hairs from previous vacationers, but it really doesn't bother our family or put us off. We absolutely loved how close we were to the beach. The foot rinse-off station outside of the property came in handy, but would've loved to have a complete head-to-toe rinse-off station once you get inside of the gate (right by the pool restroom) to be able to rinse off completely of sand before getting into the pool or walking back into the condo. The head-to-toe rinse-off station is the only recommendation that we have.

Nice condo with good sized rooms and plenty of bathrooms! Walk out of the room and through the pool area and your on the beach. Pool area was nice too. The balconies were a plus to watch the sunrise while having coffee.

We are disappointed that the unit at El Constinte was not very clean, there was food left in the kitchen cabinet. Most of the towel racks in the 2 and 1/2 bathrooms were either completely broken off or falling off the walls. Had to hang bath towels on doors throughout the unit to dry(tacked). There were only 2 standard size pillows for a king size bed in the master bedroom and cigarette butts on the floor of 2 of the 3 balconies. The cleaning service should have done a much better job. The carpets in both bedrooms didn’t appear to have been vacuumed either.

Upstairs AC did not work. It was hot as hell upstairs. Had AC on 68 and still miserable upstairs. Took 2 hours to figure out washer. Half worked. Swimming pool was NASTY! There was brown foam floating in the pool. Furniture was old and beat up looking.

May 2021 vacation Padre Island
My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay. The beach was very accessible from this location. The pool was twice a day, favorite activity of our kids. The condo was comfortable for our family of 6. It was extremely helpful to have a washer and dryer. The kitchen was fully furnished with all the dishes and cook ware we needed. Plan to make it a yearly trip!

Perhaps the housekeeping did their best to clean but it looks outdated and it feels dirty especially in the bathrooms. The shower curtain liners were yellowish with stains and the bathtubs look somewhat dirty. These should not cost much to be replaced. There were stain and hair on the sheets. I had to wash them before we feel comfortable to sleep in. There were only 2 beds not the 3 beds from the pictures provided so we had to improvise. Other than that, we had a good time. Great time in Corpus Christi at 211 el Constante
Perfect place for our family of 6 (4 kids ages 5 through 11). Plenty of room to move with pull out sofas in living area for sleeping. Kitchen fully stocked so meal prep was easy. Pool area was a blast. Big pool with nice hot tub. This complex is directly on the beach. However our unit did not have a direct beach facing exposure but could be seen on the balcony if you turned the right way.
The only minor issue is that this unit is dated and has some very minor disrepair issues (cracked tiles, dishwasher rack was broken- still worked, stained upholstery). I only mention this so that a future renter does not anticipate brand new furnishings. This did not take away from our enjoyment of the unit.
The staff on the office were extremely friendly and accommodating.

The condo was very welcoming. It had a nice decor & was very fresh, clean & bright.
The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware, & some cleaning supplies. One comment on the queen sized bed. The mattress was very hard & you could feel the springs in it.
We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach & the cleanliness of the property.
