Nice place, good location, friendly staff.

Breakfast was delightful. Beds comfy.

Paying $45 to park a car each day is over the top. The rectangle shaped toilets were really WEIRD and don't fit slender bottoms. No place to hang your towel to dry after showers. Poor room lighting.

We would return but certainly ask more questions about billing before handing over my credit card.

Beautiful spaces indoor and out. The balcony in the room was fantastic to have.

We prepaid for the booking but they still charged the full amount, had to spend far too much time while on vacation sorting it out. Was told to call the manager the next day too many times.

While gorgeous and in a great location, we felt it was overpriced

The location was great, steps away from S. Congress and it's restaurants, shopping and bars The bed was super comfortable and the room was very clean The hotel is beautifully designed and styled

There was confusion around the parking and the valet service was extremely slow, they really need more than 1 person doing that position on a weekend The hotel hosted weddings both nights we were there. These took place outside in the courtyard literally outside our room (one floor down). We could hear every word and the music. The door to our room did not close properly and one day we came back to it having been left ajar While gorgeously styled, the rooms design was not very functional, the fridge was set on the other side of a built in desk to the bed so every time it's motor ran it vibrated through the headboard and bed. There was no power on one side of the bed to charge a phone.

overwhelmingly disappointing service in a great location.

Location was great.

Staff is clearly NOT trained in providing good hospitality. Valet didn’t offer to help with bags (even after I tipped him $10 for taking the car). At the front desk during check in, we did not receive much of a welcome. Two separate times while lugging our own bags to our rooms, staff took elevators in front of us (rather than waiting and letting us go first). Unreal!! Valet did not even help us load the car at the end of our trip - he stood there and watched as we struggled to lift and fit our bags into the car. It was almost like we were on candid camera (but it was actually happening). SUPER surprising and memorable (in a bad way). We won’t be returning.

Beautiful lodging right in the middle of SoCo

gorgeous property- beautiful rooms tucked away in a peaceful spot but just a stone’s throw away from South Congress bustle

walls are a little thin, and music around the pool is quite loud- but they are very super nice and always happy to accommodate as much as possible

Stylish and comfortable hotel in the buzzy area of Austin

+ Beautiful hotel, very stylish and comfortable rooms - we appreciated the upgrade to a corner balcony room + The location is fantastic - a couple minutes walk from all the boutiques on South Congress + Nice bathroom products (smells like Aesop)

Although the price was rather premium, the hotel met all of my (high) expectations and there’s nothing not to like

A fun stay

The location is fantastic. We live in Austin and wanted to spend a couple days on South Congress, and enjoy some time in the pool. Both lived up to expectations. It was a fun weekend.

Mediocre at best.

It was cute and good location.

Room service was extremely overpriced and just not good, and a 20% service fee was charged with no prior warning. The bathroom door got jammed the first night. cockroach and other bugs were found in the room. I left with 10+bug bites from the room/bed. Valet was overpriced. It was so quiet you could hear everything, and room did not drown any outside sound. Being next to pool was annoying as there were always loud guests next to our balcony. I never got a receipt for the items and was charged another 267$ on top of my $500 for the room and I'm still not sure of why. We really wanted to like this hotel, but it just was sorely lacking any real luxury accommodations.

Location and set up were great

Our room wasn’t ready by check in time. The staff was rude about it. The bed was the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever slept in. Not worth it for the price.
