En verdad lo pasamos super

La variedad de restaurates, la musica por la noche. El servicio de empleados.

Los gacevitos pequeños del area d picina principal estaban rotos la mayoria. Los grandes estaban bien.

Areas que deben mejorarl

Piscina de primer piso esta muy cómoda. Muy limpio y desinfectado.

El trato que recibí en el area de recepción no fue del todo agradable , sentí menosprecio por ser cliente de booking. Y enfatizaba demasiado en hacer cargos a la cuenta si se dañaba algún articulo ó se desaparecia algo del cuarto , a tal nivel, que tomé un video antes de irme del cuarto. Nunca me habia sentido de tal manera. Además, deberian tener información en bulletins acerca de las actividades y sus horarari os pues supe ya cuando me marchaba de la actividad de Eastern para los niños. Tal vez por ser cliente de booking no se me dio toda la orientación. Siempre vi como un sueño alojarme en Alloft, la realidad fue un poco diferente.

La localización. Desayunos.

La atención Buffett, indiferencia total al los clientes. El cuarto cuando llegamos apestaba a humedad. Dejamos la puerta del balcón abierta para que se fuera ese olor desagradable.

Lugar agradable.

Me gusto, pero esperaba un poco de más espacio.

La alarma de humo se encendió sin haber humor. La programación para usar la televisión necesita Netflix o por lo menos que se pueda visualizar por el Bluetooth. Se escucha, pero no se ve.

City good vibes away from the Capital city

I definitely enjoyed the social spaces. There's so much to do, to see and to eat without having to leave the hotel. Even the Mall is less than 10 mins away. There's live music and various entertainment for different tastes.

The pool was a little crowded, because my vacation was on a weekend. I suppose that it will be less crowded during the week.

Las cerraduras de la habitación estaban rotas al igual las del balcón. Pero nos indicaron que estan reparandolas y estan trabajando algunas aréas para beneficios de los húespedes.

Buen lugar

Las habitaciones eran cómodas. Tienen diferentes opciones para comer. Y las dos piscinas nos encantaron.

No nos agradó la vista ni nos encantó su ubicación. Le falta trabajar en la limpieza. En la habitación se veía polvo acumulado sobre los asientos, uno de los asientos tenía manchas de hongo. Además, encontramos ropa que no era de nosotros en nuestra habitación. Es como si si solo hubiesen cambiado toallas y sabanas, pero no parece que hubieran desinfectado y limpiado a profundidad. Deben trabajar este aspecto porque cuando entramos a una habitación de hotel, lo mínimo esperado es poder entrar a un lugar limpio y desinfectado, y encontrarse con ropa que no me pertenece no es agradable. El balcón estaba sucio.

El trato y la rapidez con la que nos atendieron. Llegamos muchísimo antes de las 3 (12pm) y ya tenian una habitación lista. La habitacion preciosa y muy tranquila

Habian muchas cosas en construcción pero ya lo habian notificado. Y las maquinas de hielo no funcionaban tuvimos que bajar a la barra a buscar hielo pero no fue un problema como tal

Very good

The location is great near everything and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel and the rooms have a different style/concept that I like.

On the 6th floor they have activities room where the music is so loud that I could hear it on the 3rd floor, couldn't sleep until midnight that was turn off. They should put sound proof against noise. Beside that was fine. The breakfast buffet is good but expensive ($16.95), will have more patronage if were reasonable like $10.
