It was cozy and had about everything you need for one night

Wayyyy to complicated to get in. Definetly not recommended for a person staying late,partying,he or she will never get in. This is for sober people only apartment.

Whats the cleaning fee for when you have big roaches in your room?

I liked the pics posted on the site

The room was on the 3rd floor no elevator and there was no lighting looked very unsafe.the room had big giant waterbugs 2 on the bed and 1 on the counter. The owner was rude and nasty and told us we were supposed to fumigate with the raid under the sink or take pictures of the roaches. Unfortunately giant roaches don't take selfies or sit still for you to take pics. Im puerto rican and Im familiar with puerto rico and the how common these pests are but when you're renting a property you should fumigate regularly and seal up areas so pests don't get in. The owner refused to give us a refund and claimed he had footage of us walking in and out. No way we were going to sleep in a room full of giant roaches. Beware people. This place is not what it seems. To supply raid in the room means you know you have a pest issue. This owner takes no accountability and is unprofessional. The honest thing to do was at least return half of the expense. I hope he uses my money to fumigate and seal up the place so no one else experiences what we did. Good luck my fellow travelers..This is what reviews are for to help others.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. It was clean!

We booked for 3 people and there was only place for 2. But the owner find an insulating mattress to put on the floor to fix the problem. The kitchen had not much to cook.

Kevin the MGR was great.

no bed sheets, no iron available, and no water pressure at all in my room shower. Sink faucet broken. No pillow cases.Promote free wifi but no information provided to sign in.
