Need to improve for Toilet

So far the best stay in Penang with astonishing view of Penang hills. the room is quite big for 2 of us stay there. All outlet is functional aswell.

They need to separate the room type for Honeymoon or just friend stay there. I don't like the concept of Glass Bathroom that can see from your bed when your friend take a shower. I need a privacy for take a shower. I think it's suitable for couple or married one. Not for travel with friend that same gender.

Acceptable for very short stay! Hotel management shld improvise bathroom water flow&variety of food.

The hotel management has a very bad water system. The water flow in the bathroom is very bad. The flow of water is very slow, and I had to request to change room. Unfortunately, the new room provided also had the same issue. Hope the management could rectify this issue.

In spite of the initial hiccups, your friendly and helpful staff made my stay a pleasant one.

1. My initial room basin sink was clogged and the aircond was leaking water. Changed room after. 2. Pillow was not comfortable as my mum suffered a stiff neck after 2 nights in the room. Had to go for physio to recover.

Will not be staying here again.

The view is nice. Staff were good.

The hallway carpets were worn and stained. Wallpaper in the room was lifting at the seams. Safe was not bolted to the wall or floor, so it was useless since someone could easily remove the entire safe from the room. The towels were clean, but had a mild yellow tint to them. Bathroom has mildew stains in the tile. Did not feel I was able to relax here because i was distracted by them deficiencies and stains.

隔音不好，隔2间的印度住客半夜2:00am开始吵到5:00am 我们隔天赶早上出远路，半夜被吵醒，你们的服务员也懂结果你们告诉我，会取消deposit refund, 这样我们住客被吵无法睡的人很无辜。

Great location near the temple and the funicular

The view of the mountain from our room was lovely. The view from the top at the restaurant is amazing. The room was very spacious and great to have the two connected rooms. The bathroom was quirky but fun! The beds were comfortable. The overall cleanliness of the room was fantastic. The café on the corner of the building was a highlight. The staff at the café were very informative. and the food was worth while especially the breakfast.

When we first arrived the room smelt of cigarette smoke. We later realised the smoke came from another room. The sofa bed was not made up for the third person in our party. The staff were slow to help us and didn't understand why we would need sheets for the sofa bed even though that is what we paid for. The WiFi was not great.

It may not be the cheapest or excellent in location but this hotel is one of my favourites.

This hotel is right at the foot of the famous Kek Lok Si Temple, and just next to Air Itam market where lots of nice local food and eateries abound. The room is clean with the standard amenities like fridge, tissues, 2 dustbins, disposable tooth brush, toothpaste, water boiler, coffee, tea, cups, hair dryer, working TV, WIFI, safe deposit box, hand soap and toiletries. The scenery out of the full length glass window was spectacular.

The location is bustling with lots of cheap and nice local eateries in the morning, but once dusk sets in, most of the shops are closed and you will need to book a taxi or Grab car out for other night spots or eateries. The clips on the clothes hangers are broken.

Strategic locations for all the local foods and very near to Kek Lok Si. Spacious room. Free parking with 1st come 1st serve basis.

A peaceful location with good food choices.

The hotel ws ideally located near Penang Hill. The market , food stalls was just outside the hotel. The staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful and responded well to our issues. There was ample parking for hotel guest even though the parking was open to the public. The view from the hote was plesant especially at night. The area was quiet during the nght with minimum traffic so very peaceful sleep.

Was given an uncleaned room, which was not a good start, considering that we pre-booked. However this was resolved quickly. Apart from that no further complaint or issues.

Good location, reasonable price

Near to the morning market, which easy to get your breakfast and enjoy local typical food.

the air-condition getting cool process in the room a bit slow, and the room floor carpet cleaning need to improve. House keeping service speed need to improve, as we had request extra toilet roll paper but it need to request twice only reach to us.
