I would stay again thank you for having us I recommended your place to my friends ;)

We loved that place ;) everything you need for family stay ! Recommend it haighly ! Two double bedrooms (comfy beds ) with 2 bathrooms ;) plus living room with double sofa bed where you can eat together your meal with river view ;) no air con but you don’t need it if you keep your shutters closed ;) lovely terrace with river view again which we enjoyed a lot in our evenings when kids were asleep ;) we were family of 4 adults and 2 kids (3 and 5) and we had enough space and comfort ;) there was washing mashine with available capsules which we used , place to dry it on terrace ;) and coffee mashine with capsules to enjoy our morning cofffee ;) there was a garage which we didn’t use and bikes

Only one thing ;) far from shops to buy essentials but … we founded perfect solution ;) we order our shopping on Uber and only paid €1.50 for delivery absolute bargain and no carry water beer wine bread etc ;) another slightly issue was distance from public transport at evening but nothing to stop me coming back there .. next time I would be prepared :)

Simplemente perfecto, absolutamente limpio, cuidaron los pequeños detalles (café, té, toallas…), baño completamente higienizado. Además, el trato fue muy humano, nos explicaron todo y nos dieron tips de la ciudad. Increíble 10/10.

AVOID .. NOT DELUXE BY ANY MEANS!!!

This was advertised as a Deluxe apartment. It is no such thing. When we arrived we had no hot water, the sink was leaking and there was a bucket underneath to catch the water, there was no plug for the bath, the crockery was almost all chipped, the shutters didn't open properly, the walls were dirty, the floor was all scratched, the shower door didn't slide properly and the front entrance door to the building didn't lock. Upon reporting to the hosts, I was offered a reduction next time I book but no way will I be returning and would not recommend to anyone else. Booking.com ended up refunding me as the hosts would not respond to them. AVOID!

Spacious apartment with garage and two bikes.

Apartment is big and has everything you need (incl. 2 bathrooms and cozzy terace). There is also one parking lot in the garage, where you will find two bicycles for free use or you can even charge your electric car. Walking distance away (15 min) there are few smaller restaurants with good local food, little shops and backeries. City centre is 30 min of pleasant walk by the river away. Otherwise there is a bus stop very close and Uber or Bolt at convinient price and good responding times. Of course do not forget you have two bicysles….

Not an perfect sound insulation might be a smaller disturbance for persons who are used to sleep in dead silence. In our case one out of five was complaining a bit.

Hôte disponible. Logement propre, spacieux. Belle vue sur le fleuve. Petite terrasse très agréable. 2 salles de bain très pratiques. Pièces spacieuses Pas de clim mais des gros ventilo à disposition. Un peu loin pour aller au centre ville à pieds mais en marchant un peu on trouve des transports.

The apartment itself is fine, but should have AC.

The location and floor (not described on the website) are horrible . Very far from the main city, however, you don't see it much from the google map. It's represented on a website like a river view that you don't really enjoy because you cannot open windows - the road is extremely noisy like a highway plus many bikers love to make extra strong noise. On top of that there is no air conditioning. So, in order to survive you should open the windows in the evening, but need to lock them at night due to noise and low floors. Horrible experience. In addition, check in is not well organized. We had to call upon arrival and wait 30 min before someone arrived with keys. We could easily call 1 hour or so in advance should we know about it. He could not open a garage for us to park. So, we should park on the street. He promised to bring the garage opener first thing the next day, but never did. Towels are old and not that clean.

It worked very well for us with an elderly dog-one level, terrace and walking nearby.

Spacious and comfortable by the river.

We thought there might be cafes or bakeries nearby- but it’s worth knowing there aren’t. Best to take things to have on the patio!

Awesome view from the room, a lot of space, kitchen where you get almost everything you need. Relatively close to the downtown and the host is super friendly.

At night time you can hear the sound of cars passing by, but it's not really loud.

Wasn't sure what to expect as there weren't many reviews but the apartment was beautiful. It was well kept, clean and modern. It was beautiful and with a lovely view, the river lead down to main attractions, around a 20-30 min scenic walk. I could tell they had taken previous feedback on board, a big thank you to both mum and daughter, making check in seamless and were very good with recommendations and sending over details for anything we asked for! The apartment itself was spacious for 4 adults, and had everything you'd need to enjoy the stay in Porto. Thank you!

Good

Location is the biggest point for this apartment. It by the Douro river with nice sunrise and sunset views. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable especially for remote working and video conferencing. The apartment is quite spacious and has a nice patio.

The kitchen could have more supplies. It had only a few forks, knives, etc. No good knives for cooking. The cleaning could be better. Inside one of the cabinets was quite dirty, the toaster was also not looking good... The TV could be bigger. I'm not asking for a 70", but anything bigger than 32" would be great. The heating system, though it works, had a malfunction that would cause the system to disarm. So every time I'd spot it, I had to manually turn it on again. They sent a technician, which said he would order the part to get working. I missed a follow-up. I didn't receive any comms from the host afterward. The key handling could be contactless as well. I think it's nice to take the time to go and explain / show stuff around, but in the pandemic times, the least contact, the better.
