- 2 Bathrooms - including an ensuite off the master bedroom and a main bathroom with a bath tub and shower recess
- A versatile 4th bed/media room, currently configured with a sofa bed large wall mounted TV - min extra Fifty-Five dollar linen fee applies for use of sofa bed
- Modernized kitchen with stone benchtops, gas cooking, oven, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher
- A wrap-around main front deck, providing a delightful ocean glimpse and the perfect spot to enjoy the coastal breeze
- Peaceful shade-covered rear deck, offering a tranquil retreat for relaxation and outdoor dining
- Air conditioning in the living area and timber floors throughout
- Outdoor hot and cold shower, ideal for rinsing off after a day at the beach
- Large 531sqm fully enclosed block with both front and rear areas
- Outdoor patio beside the in-ground pool, complete with alfresco dining and Weber BBQ
- Fully furnished, well-equipped older timber home with all the comforts you need for a memorable stay

Linen and cleaning charges are included in the rate, however to avoid additional cleaning charges please ensure the property is left in a reasonable clean and tidy manner.
Stays of 10 nights or more will enjoy a housekeeping service where linen and towels will be refreshed and quick wipe over is conducted.
A small starter pack of amenities such as shampoo, soap, dishwashing liquid, laundry powder, and tea and coffee is provided however once depleted guests must purchase their own items.
