It was convenient and nice overall.

I enjoyed the location and the facility. The staff were great and the room was a great size.

The items within the room were not cleanly. The soap dispensers, toilet paper, paper towels and tissue paper were discolored and from the occupants previous stay. The shower was not cleaned prior to our arrival. The staff never came daily to change out our towels.

Comfy stay, excellent room and super helpful staff.

Room set up, staff helpfulness and size of shower, bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was very useful.

There was a loud vibration that went off every so often

The first room I got the tv was not working I thought about it and was thinking I will just stay but then I didn’t want the hotel to think I did the damage to it.

Overall was a comfortable room and was surprised at what all we got for the price.

The interior the size of room with a mini kitchen to cook if you wanted. Location was great. Plan on coming back to area an will stay here.

The breakfast wasn’t that good. Could improve on hot selections.

I will definitely stay at this hotel again great value!!!

I loved the kitchenette. It had a full size refrigerator, two burner stovetop and a dishwasher. There was a table and chairs too. Really impressed for the price. The room was very clean as well.

I can’t say there was anything to complain about.

We love the hotel and will be coming back once a year to visit relatives.

Location was great. Breakfast was good variety. We would have liked the use of a microwave. We did not like non-service dogs in the kitchen area especially when there were a lot of people in there and I am allergic to them. Had to wait for the owner and her dog left the good area. And then right after she left she went back in for something so had to wait for all of that before I went in.

It wasn't a heated pool it's didn't have a tub for bath for kids an baby's I had to wash my grandson's up in the kitchen sink I didn't like that at all an your not pet friendly it's more for the animals then the room different didn't like that at all y'all didn't have the waffle mix to make the waffle my kids wanted an couldn't get that it.

Very bad customer service

The location and complimentary breakfast.

Both front desk clerk were not helpful at all. I was double charged for our room. The sheets did not smell clean, the trash cans didn’t have bags in them, there was an air freshener plugged in the outlet and the bolt lock kept popping out on the door so it wouldn’t let us close the door from the outside.

I liked everything besides having to sit and wait forever because my reservation got all messed up. About an hour and a half after getting there my stuff got all figured out but I was very upset because my time got wasted

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, in the area!

Everything was really clean. Great and plentiful amenities. Rooms were well equipped with everything needed from extra towels to cookware and full appliances! Love the decor, room set up, and homey feel of the room as a whole. Could see it being great for a long term stay.

Upon check in and a few times when needing things there was a bit of a wait for someone to come to the front desk to help but other than that the staff was phenomenal. Very helpful, accommodating, and friendly!

key cards didn’t work 2/3 days; first room assigned was dirty and they were clearly short staffed; ran out of food and coffee during breakfast; pool was freezing
