We were traveling to Tennessee with a stop in Lexington. So accommodating to our family needs.

Great location a

Location was perfect. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and well appointed.

Shower water did not ever get hot....just barely warm. Only 1 coffee cup. No trash cans had liners in them. Hopefully they are being washed out between each stay.

Great quiet little getaway from home with plenty of food and drinks nearby.

The proximity to food and bars. I loved the breakfast choices.

I did not like the parking situation and since the parking garage was shared with residents of another building I ended up on the top floor of the parking garage for a parking spot. The suite that we were in (401) seemed very small for a suite and we were expecting it to much be bigger. It did not seem to be that much bigger than a standard room. In addition I had to travel to a different floor to find an ice machine. The room above us had kids running around all evening which was loud but stopped around the time we were going to sleep.

Breakfast was great and had fancy touches like blueberry compote and oatmilk. Super clean.

You have to park in the parking garage and walk to the hotel.

Facility was clean and comfortable. Loved the location too with walking distance restaurants.

Not that I didn’t like it but it was inconvenient that there was only two very small trash cans in the room. Would have been nice to have at least one medium sized trash can.

no hot food left 930am to 10 no employee present. a dozen plus people looking for someone to help and not happy. a few waffle bottles left. also was very messy.

This hotel was in the center of it all and only 10 mins to the Columbus Zoo. So many places to eat and so much to do!

Construction of new building outside room window, wasn't a real problem at all, only small thing I can think of to improve.Overall very happy with stay & will come back if we're in area in future, thank you

the room was amazing, everything was perfect.

it was incredibly clean, everyone was incredibly nice. easily one of the best stats I have ever had at a hotel.

Loved our stay, 5 Stars from us!

loved that it was so so clean and staff were all friendly! The complimentary breakfast was a plus! Lovely selection of breakfast foods. Oh and the free parking next door.
