Boleh improve dari segi lantai dalam bilik tukar kepada carpet, lebih selesa.

1. Lokasi hotel yang strategic, parking luas dan banyak, kolam besar, pantai cantik dan bersih, betul2 tepi pantai. 2. Bilik cantik, bersih dan luas, tandas bersih, balcony luas 3. Gym okay untuk level hotel, tak expect lebih. 4. Layanan staf okay.

1. Lantai dalam bilik, kaki mudah sakit dan masuk angin bila sejuk dan sakit. Sepatutnya hotel perlu letak carpet macam hotel2 lain ataupun sediakan selipar untuk tetamu. 2. Call untuk assistant lambat jawab. 3. Button dalam lift, kena tekan dua tiga kali baru detect, perlu perbaiki sikit.

Location was great but need lots of improvement in terms of comfort, cleanliness and service.

A universal socket is available.

The staff needs to improve hospitality ethics; when we asked for the extra keys, they just handed them over without activating with a grumpy face. An unpleasant smell welcomed us when we opened the door. The pool operating hours are also disappointing; they only open at 9 am-12 and 3-7 pm.

A lot of things need improvement. The pool side needs to be cleaned regularly as I saw there were people bringing food such as nuggets and hotdogs and just leaving it there. The plastics were flying into the pool. The rubbish were there from 1st day morning till the next day morning. To use the vending machine, there is no place to change money. What is the point of keeping the vending machine if you can't give a small change. Front office staff were like dumb when asked questions. The rooms were very dusty. I had to call your housekeeping to come and clean back

i was there on weekdays no cafe and breakfast since the hotel is quite new ... usually they will have breakfast on weekend

a good stay.

the room is clean and spacious. the balcony is a plus. parking was easy. easy check in and out. there’s a seafood restaurant across the street that serves breakfast in the morning.

the pool water was murky. i think it was still in the proses of cleaning but they did not closed the pool. the water fountain wasn’t working at the time, so the water also look dirty.

the breakfast menu was good, however the chicken rendang was undercooked. I also have to request twice for the coffee to be refilled. the refilling of the dishes as well quite late.

Akan datang lagi dan akan menjadi hotel pilihan bila bercuti di port dickson.

Tempat selesa kolam besar pantai bersih cuma hari pertama nak mandi kolam tuala tak ada dah habis.

Semua saya suka berkenaan dengan hotel ini. Kedai kedai tepi jalan pun banyak pilihan senang nak makan tak payah bawak kereta jalan kaki sahaja.

Comfortable and enough for family to enjoy

The hotel is generally very clean and comfortable. The pool has enough space for a lot of guests.

The balcony of my room is not very clean, got a lot of dust very dirty at the side nearby the aircond outdoor unit. Also my room toilet doors is not closing properly.

Holidays

We book 2 room, 1 double bed and 1 room for 5 like duplex with room upstair. Bed comfortable clean and the pool well maintain very clean. Private beach very clean the water. Friendly staff and will visit next.

Parking limited when is holiday time. But still manage to get. Water pressure for double room very low. But the 5 person room water pressure superb.

Leider nicht mein Geschmack und meine Anforderung an ein Hotel. Aussicht von Balkon auf eine große Baustelle, dadurch auch sehr laut. Generell Umfeld sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Zimmer in meinen augen muffig und feucht

Pleasant stay and ok as most time was spent out of the room.

Good location, friendly staff

Thin walls, can hear screaming kids. Toilet was not washed properly, but staff was very friendly and helpful, immediately got someone to clean it. The Aircond is somehow blowing to the floor. Room very hot.

bed is comfort, new resort, pool

room cleanliness is terrible, room air ventilation is ridiculous, taking the lift is nightmare, no towel provided in pool area, lobby floor slippery.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, basic amenities and nearby to some of good restaurants. It is a good hotel.

The room is spacious. 2 super single beds, joined together. Big balcony facing the pool and you can see the sea. Hot water is immediate, usually i need to wait like 5 minutes. Big tiles in the bathroom is a good use and pleasant to the eyes, unlike ritz carlton KL, has a taste for marble patterns but uses small tiles, weird choice & decision for a 5 star hotel. Alas, the room is comfy enough for my small family, and free of dust just like my home. I am very sensitive to dust.

Some stain on bed sheet, one of the towel and bolster sheet.
