Mauvaise expérience

L'emplacement auprès du centre historique est bienvenu!

La chambre et la lingerie étaient propres. Les aménagements de la chambre étaient obsolètes et le peu de mobilier n'était pas en bon état. La salle de bain et WC communs étaient en mauvais état. Une odeur d'égout certainement dû a l'absence du siphon dans la douche la rendait impraticable. Aucune possibilité de poser les vêtements et serviettes parce que la barre avec deux crochets était défaillante. l'État général de la salle de bain et l'absence ou la vétusté du mobilier rendent le prix abusif en comparaison des concurrents dans les environs, le même jour. Même si les photos ne sont pas contractuelles, il serait plus honnête de les faire correspondre à la prestation.

A pleasant stay

The personnel were so friendly and helpful! The hostal was decently located, maybe a 15 or 20 minute walk from the cathedral and a 15 minute walk from the bus station, and there were a decent number of coffee shops and restaurants nearby too. The room had two single beds and one double bed, and although we were concerned about how the shared bathrooms would work before we arrived, they were quite nice. There were maybe five rooms on our floor, and we all shared 2 bathrooms which each had their own shower. We never had any issues with waiting a long time for them to be open or anything, although I suppose that could depend on how many people are in all the rooms.

The elevator was the smallest thing I've ever seen, definitely not more than one person could fit in there with luggage, and it would be pretty tight even with just two people. The stairs function quite well though. The doors to our room and the bathrooms were a little wonky. They didn't want to latch right away, and you had to fiddle a bit to get the far bathroom door to lock, which made it feel a little insecure. When we had the lights shut off to sleep at night, I could look at the door and see light filtering in some cracks from how badly the door fit into its frame.

No nos gusto pagar 15€ por ebooking y luego que nos impongan otra cantidad en efectivo en las instalaciones. Las habitaciones están en un estado lamentable ! Comparando calidad precio muy mal todo . La máquina de café que se encontraba ai está fuera de servicio .

Se escucha cualquier ruido de otras habitaciones o pisos de arriba. Y al ser baños compartidos, es poco higienico, dependiendo de los demás huéspedes.

Habitación muy básica con baños comunes

Super amalble en la recepcion, que en teoria sólo es para la otra casa de ellos. Ennesa ubicación hay várias acomodaciones, así ojo, lo que reserva.

El mio fue muy básico. Per me dijeron en vez de la habitación double con una cama, que había reservado, una triple. Para mi incómodo, por eso no la había reservado. Supongo que me querían hacer un favor, pero prefiero una cama mayor, que 3 individuales y casi no había lugar entre las camas ni para dejar cosas. No hay nada, dónde dejar algo, a menos que sea por encima de las otras camas o. En el suelo

The hotel situated close to main landmarks of the city. The room isn't big, but it has all the furniture you need. Two nice clean bathrooms on the floor. Comfortable beds.

It was a bit difficult to find it. There's no visible sign with a name. The reception is located not at the same place (another side of the building).

Exceptional

Centrally located with adequate late-night parking. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and patient. The showers were hot, the water never ran cold, and they were surprisingly clean for being shared. Overall, we enjoyed our brief stay and would return again.

Pleasant

The staff were amazing, very helpful and accomodating to our needs. The rooms were very spacious with two bathrooms and toilets. The cafes were conveniently opposite our accomodation.

Unfortunately there was a pop-up night club immediately under our accomodation for that one night. This was not the fault of the hotel, but sleep was impossible.

walking distance to the center. bed were comfortable.

The room is very small, no hangers, no table , just two bed and a small wardrobe. It has shared bathrooms and because they are shared they should be cleaned more often or there should be some kind of disinfection available for the guests. It didn’t seem clean enough.

The location of Boreal Calima is perfect, you can walk directly into the old part of town. There is also a square (with a beautiful church and library) just a few yards away. The room was very clean and well put together. The shared bathroom was just outside our door and vary spacious and clean as well. The staff of the hotel were very nice and helped us with navigating the center on our first night.

Not much. It could be a bit noisy, but that is because it's an old building and it wasn't disruptive in any way.

Bad luck - there was a group of girls laughing and chatting all night. On top our bed was squeeking with every slight movement. The screws need to be tightened. Nothing a little maintenance cannot fix.
