Welcome to Geaux'n Coastal! Thoughtfully planned, this home is a wonderful place to enjoy a Watercolor vacation experience. Only a 2-minute bike ride to the Watercolor Beach Club, you are close to the popular neighborhood amenities while staying on a quiet street to enjoy peaceful moments on the screened-in porch and balcony. There is also a pocket park near the home which is great for the kids to spend some playtime.

We had a first class experience. The staff was responsive and helpful. Took care of all of our needs quickly. They ended up finding my daughters earrings and contacted me so they could ship them.

The accommodations were just right for our group of nine. We only had the use of 3 of the 4 bikes. The first day our son only got a block away from the house and the entire pedal and arm fell off. We called the bike maintenance number but it was 3 days before they came to fix it. But otherwise great place to stay! We would highly recommend it! Thank you!!

The house was beautiful! The online pictures don't do the home justice! Everything was clean and well-kept. I liked how all the switches and everything in the kitchen was labelled which made finding things so easy! The street is so peaceful with very few cars travelling on it and the beach was only a quick 5 minute walk. We will definitely stay here again!

I am particular about the vacation rentals I choose and this one is one of the top ones I've ever rented. It was SPOTLESS, comfortable, and beautiful. Every detail was thought of - from the kitchen organization, baskets and luggage racks in closets, to high end linens. Location was perfect for young kids - easy walk to the beach / beach club. Highly recommend - we will stay again!

The house was great, close distance to the Watercolor Resort and pools! We really enjoyed the house and location. We had to contact property management about a few things and they were very prompt and done by the time we came back from the pool the first day! Would highly recommend.

This is our second year staying at this property. It’s exactly as described. The kitchen has everything you need. The location is great. It’s nice to be away from the traffic and within walking distance to the pool, beach and Square. And the communication with the rental company could t be better. Highly recommend this house.

Perfect location about 8-10 min walk to the beach. Very close to the pool. My kids really liked the other pool as well-camp watercolor which has a lazy river (about a mile from the house). We loved having the bikes and all the shops and restaurants so close. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

This house is awesome and a great location. The management company was awesome to work with as well. My husband lost his wallet and the cleaning crew found it, took it to the property manager and they sent it to us the next day. Great communication too

We took our two teens and a friend (13 and 15) to Watercolor for spring break and couldn't have been happier with our Geaux'n Coastal home. It was perfect! We all had plenty of space, the kitchen was well equipped and the beds were heavenly. Our favorite aspect of the house was the lower and upper screened in porches. Fun to watch the bikes and families go by from our perch. We'll definitely rent Geaux'n Coastal again.
