It was crappy

It was a good value, but with a few improvements, our stay could be a lot better.

Bed was fine and shower was warm. It was quiet and no guests were disruptive. The air conditioner worked just fine also. Everything looked clean.

Some of the outlets did not work. Outdated look and bent clothing rod. Sink was difficult to turn off. TV only had one station. Only one lamp worked. Some guests smoked right outside of their rooms so that I had to smell smoke coming and going. I also couldn't just leave the door open to air out the room without letting their smoke in. Room with pool was very hot even though the water was cold.

I was very uncomfortable during my stay and couldn’t wait to get out of there.

Sheets and bedding were stained. Carpeting is long overdue for replacement. Very musty smelling. Saw bugs running across the floor.

The stay was decent the staff was friendly and helped with my reservation mess up but I received dirty sheets when I ask

Decent location and it has a pool

Sheets were either stained or dirty visibly noticeable when you pulled the blanket down so I asked for clean sheets to put on myself and received dirty sheets with chili or something dries on them

We were disappointed.

It's was quiet

We tried 2 different sets of key cards which didn't work; no tissues in the bathroom; just 3 cheap towels for 3 people; 1 hand towel; the carpet had not been vacuumed; no bottom sheet on one of the beds; there were rocks all over the bottom of the pool. We will not stay there again, even though it was inexpensive.

We were pleasantly surprised on how clean it was. Just needed a bed for the night because we were traveling & were tired at this point of our travels. Bed was nice & our room was huge.

I loved everything about it! it was quiet, the beds were amazing and so was the water pressure in the shower!!! the staff was very friendly!! pool was nice even though it was 9am before it was supposed to open! oooops

My favorite hotel

This hotel is the cleanest one we have stayed at in a long time! The service was excellent, bed was perfect, linens were nice, and the air conditioner is so comfortable!

great, wish i had hot coffee to start my day, and a receipt for my stay. but i will be back.

there was no breakfast, and the coffee was cold,. the place was clean, easily accessible, and friendly check in. wish i could have gotten a receipt but desk not open till 9 am, I left at 7am.

Bad

The room was amazing. Everything worked, and it was super cozy. We especially liked the jacuzzi tub.

We went for our anniversary, May 24th-27th. The first night was absolutely AMAZING. We were able to get checked in and settled in quickly. The trouble started on Thursday. We were told that there wouldn't be any animals in the suites, a bonus for a relaxing weekend. The people next to us brought three dogs. They would drop them off and leave. The barking never stopped. We went to the front desk multiple times. There was nothing that they could do, apparently. Thursday night was absolutely horrible. We barely slept. Friday night was no better. We looked around for a new hotel, but we had already paid $259, and they said they couldn't comp or refund any of the money if we left early.

The only good thing about this place is the nice gentleman at the front desk.

We had to switch rooms from a King deluxe to a standard double room because the King deluxe was filthy. The sheets on the bed were stained and so were the pillows. This place resembles a motel.

Overall a great stay for the price.

Very reasonable rates, clean rooms, friendly staff, easy check in

No cups or ice bucket in room. Water stain on ceiling, employee car under canopy out front making it difficult for guests to pull up.

Beds and pillows were so comfy. Room was spacious

A few small things like lamps not working and neither did tv with the exception of one channel and it was WWE. Not my taste lol

The front desk lady was very polite and nice.

It’s a diamond in the making

The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable

No cups in the room. No waste basket. The coffee in the lobby wasn’t there at 6:15 am. I do understand that it is under renovation and will be nice when they are done. For the price it was great
