Extrêmement cher pour la qualité offerte. Vraiment pas recommandé.

- Le restaurant est bien, bon service, excellents plats - La réceptionniste était très sympa, professionnelle et serviable.

- Chambre réservée avec 1 grand lit double mais il s'agissait de 2 lits simple mis côte-à-côte. - Chambre très petite - La vue donne sur les bureaux du bâtiment d'en face, avec absolument aucune intimité. - Chambre très mal conçue. L'armoire à habits est minuscule, le mobilier est complètement disparate, 1 table de nuit est en vieux plastic. - La salle de bain est minuscule. Le pommeau de douche ne tient pas, et le robinet d'eau de douche est cassé car la porte tape contre. - Difficile de dormir correctement avec la fenêtre ouverte en raison du bruit dans la rue. - Hôtel extrêmement cher pour la qualité offerte.

Location was excellent. We loved Lucerne!

Construction at hotel. But other than that we enjoyed our stay. Very clean and we liked our balcony even though we encountered some rainy days.

Good hotel if you are catching an early train in Luzern

Location close to train station. Loved the coffee machine. They stored luggage.

I did arrive before 3:00 check in time and they stored my luggage. I am handicapped and can’t walk long distances. I went out fo about an hour and a half and went back to hotel at 2:30 as it was about to rain. While sitting there 2 more couples checked in and were given rooms immediately. I enquired about my room and they told me I had to wait until 3:00. I am an elderly single traveler.

Hotel was adequate, except for lack off air conditioning.

Loved the location of hotel to train station.

The lack of air conditioning in the hotel. I was there during a heat wave in June, room was on the 5th floor with a tiny window that got very limited air flow.

the location was within walking distance of the train station. very convenient.

no air conditioning and the bed mattress was thin, hard and very uncomfortable!

Just for the location, it's worth staying here

Location was right next to the train station, Breakfast was good, Room was clean and comfortable, Staff was very accommodating esp the young girl who said she was an intern.

The room was a bit old fashioned, the cabinet was old but was ok. They still use keys with really heavy keychain, I've would have expected a keycard for the price they were charging. The bed was not queen but two single beds next to each other which is ok usually, except this one has a 3-4 inch gap. WIFI was terrible too.

Nice hotel, centrally located by train station, Chapel Bridge and restaurants

Great location in Lucerne...close to train station, Chapel Bridge. the lake, the old district, etc. Easy access to the important sites. The room was clean and as advertised. Good value. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They held our luggage while our room was readied (we arrived early). Nice breakfast.

My only comment was that our bed was close to the door and thus we could hear hallway noise. That was very limited, though. The room was basic and functional, more modern and less frills...but still a good, clean, room.

room 6001 is very nice, people are friendly - but unfortunately not always too polite

I like to come here, however, the people on the reception not always keep their given word I asked for the invoice on a mail, and 3 days later I had to ask again - they simply forgot however, they do NOT forget to charge you :D

I mostly appreciated the location.

the location. next to the rail station, next to the KKL also you have several shops and restaurants around.

When I checked in the man at the reception was not welcoming. he didn’t really pay me any attention and seem to be busy and not to be bothered. Also there was a pile of newspapers next to my door. And 2 of the 4 coffee capsules in my room were used and not by me…

Good Hotel steps from main train station.

a lovely old but modern building steps away from main train station and river. Close to Chapel Bridge and restaurants. Very good breakfast.

our room was very small but for one night it wasn’t an issue.

Excellent location as it’s very close to the Lucerne station and Chapel bridge, old town areas.

the room we stayed is facing the main street, so it could get a bit noisy if you open the window but I suppose most people don’t bother keeping the air circulating so it should be fine.
