Good, needs improvement though...

Rooms were almost clean. Clean towels and bedsheets were provided. Check in was fast. They provided drinking water bottles.

The attitude of the front desk staff was unpleasant and impolite. Card payment was not accepted. No lift to the second floor and yet no assistance were provided to carry the luggage. Cleaning to be improved.

Location.

The rooms that we saw in the pictures were totally different than what we were given. We had cockroaches , flies and misquotes in all of the 3 rooms. Flush wasn't working in one of the bathrooms. Good things: Location Staff were friendly Towels, soap and water bottles were given Bad things Dirty rooms Insects in the room Very noisy Someone was smoking outside the room and we could smell it in the room. The hotel needs renovation and cleaning.

Rooms are good, clean and well maintained Location is also nice. Staff also well behavior. Over all nice hotel.

Extra charges for bed, parking problem and water bottles provided are used and refilled in hotel,
